Abstract

기판상에 형성된 기록층으로 빛을 조사하므로서, 정보의 기록, 소거, 재생이 가능하며 정보의 기록 및 소거가 비정질상과 결정질상 사이의 양상변화에 의하여 실시되는 광기록매체에 있어서, 상기한 광기록매체가 투명기판상으로 적어도 제1유전체층, 기록층, 제2유전체층 및 반사층을 이 순서로 적층된 구조를 보유하며, 그 제2유전체층이 투명하지 않는 광기록매체이다.
낮은 파워에서 기록을 소거할 수 있다. 다수회의 기록소거를 반복하여도 동작이 안정되어 있고, 특성의 열화가 거의 없다. 내습열성, 내산화성에 우수하며 수명이 길다.

Claims (26)

  1. 기간상에 형성된 기록층으로 빛을 조사하므로서, 정보의 기록, 소거가 비정질상과 결정질상 사이의 양상변화에 의하여 실시되는 광기록매체에 있어서, 상기한 광기록매체가 투명기간상으로 적어도 제1유전체층, 기록층, 제2유전체층 및 반사층을 이 순서로 적층된 구조를 보유하며, 그 제2유전체층이 투명하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록매체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 제2유전체층의 굴절률의 허수부를 k로 할 때 k가 0을 초과하는 값인 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록매체.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, k가 0.01k1.0인 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록매체.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, k가 0.01k0.3인 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록매체.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 제1유전체층의 두께 d1이 50nmd1400n, 인 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록매체.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 제1유전체층의 두께 d1이 기록, 재생에 사용하는 빛의 파장(λ)에 대하여 0.25λ/nd10.70λ/n(여기서, n은 자연수를 표시한다)인 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록매체.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 제2유전체층의 두께 d2이 30nmd260nm인 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록매체.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 제1유전체층이 적어도 ZnS와 SiO2를 함유하는 혼합막인 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록매체.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 제2유전체층이 적어도 ZnS와 SiO2및 C를 구성재료로서 함유하는 혼합막인 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록매체.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 제2유전체층속의 ZnS와 SiO2의 몰비가 ZnS/SiO2=85/15∼65/35이고, (ZnS+SiO2)와 C의 몰비가 (ZnS+SiO2)/C=95/5∼80/20인 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록매체.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 기록층이 구성원소로서 적어도 Ge, Sb, Te의 3원소를 적어도 함유하는 합금으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록매체.
  12. 기판상에 형성된 기록층으로 빛을 조사하므로서, 정보의 기록, 소거, 재생이 가능하며 정보의 기록 및 소거가 비정질상과 결정질상 사이의 양상변화에 의하여 실시되는 광기록매체에 있어서, 상기한 광기록매체가 투명기판상으로, 적어도 제1유전체층, 기록층, 제2유전체층 및 반사층을 이 순서로 적층된 구조를 보유하며,그 제2유전체층이 굴절률의 허수부를 k로 할 때, k가 0.1 이상인 물질을 필수성분으로서 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록매체.
  13. 기판상에 형성된 기록층으로 빛을-조사하므로서, 정보의 기록 및 소거가 비정질상과 결정질상 사이의 양상변화에 의하여 실시되는 광기록매체에 있어서, 상기한 광기록매체가 적어도 투명기판, 제1유전체층, 기록층, 제2유전체층 및 반사층을 이 순서로 적층된 구조를 보유하고, 제2유전체층의 두께가 30nm이상 60nm이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록매체.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 반사층의 두께가 50nm 이상 100nm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록매체.
  15. 제13항에 있어서, 기록층의 두께가 10nm 이상 40nm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록매체.
  16. 제13항에 있어서, 기록, 재생에 사용하는 빛의 파장을 λ, 제1유전체층의 두께 d1, 굴절률(실부)을 n1,기록층의 두께를 dr, 제2유전체층의 두께를 d2, 굴절률(실부)을 n2, 반사층의 두께를 df로 할 때, 다음식 0.25λ/nd10.70λ/n, 10dr40(단위 ㎚), 10d260(단위 nm), 50df100, 2n12.5, 2n22.5를 만족하도록 층두께가 설정되고, 또한 반사층의 재질의 주성분이 알루미늄합금인 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록매체.
  17. 제13항에 있어서, 제1유전체층의 두께(dl)가 50nmd1400nm인 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록매체.
  18. 제13항에 있어서, 제1유전체층의 두께(d1)가 기록, 재생에 사용하는 광파장(λ)에 대하여 0.25λ/nd10.70λ/n(여기서, n은 자연수를 표시한다)인 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록매체.
  19. 제13항에 있어서, 제1유전체층이 적어도 ZnS와 SiO2를 함유하는 혼합막인 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록매체.
  20. 제13항에 있어서, 제2유전체층이 적어도 ZnS와 SiO2및 C를 구성재료로서 함유하는 혼합막인 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록매체.
  21. 제20항에있어서, 제2유전체층속의 ZnS와 SiO2의 몰비가 ZnS/SiO2=85/15∼65/35이고, (ZnS+SiO2)와 C의 몰비가 (ZnS+SiO2)/C=95/5∼80/20인 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록매체.
  22. 제13항에 있어서, 기록층이 구성원소로서 적어도 Ge, Sb, Te의 3원소를 적어도 함유하는 합금으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록매체.
  23. 제13항에 있어서. 제2유전체층이 적어도 ZnS와 SiO2의 혼합막 및 SiO2의 혼합막 및 SiO2막의 적층으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록매체.
  24. 제23항에 있어서, ZnS와 SiO2의 혼합막의 두께가 2nm 이상 10nm 이하이고, SiO2막의 두께가 30nm이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록매체.
  25. 제13항에 있어서, 기록층이 구성원소로서 적어도 Ge, Sb, Te의 3원소를 적어도 함유하는 합금으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록매체.
  26. 기판상에 형성된 기록층으로 빛을 조사하므로서, 정보의 기록, 소거, 재생이 가능하며 정보의 기록 및 소거가 비정질상과 결정질상 사이의 양상변화에 의하여 실시되는 광기록매체의 제조시에 ZnS와 SiO2및 C로 구성되는 일체의 스퍼터링타아켓을 사용하여, ZnS와 SiO2및 C의 혼합막을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록매체의 제조법.
