Abstract
본 발명은 N－메틸－2－피롤리돈과 같은 5원환 락탐 40∼90중량% 및 Cl∼C4 포화 지방족 모노카르복실산의 글리세롤 트리에스테르 10∼60중량%를 포함하는, 기재로부터 바람직하지 않은 페인트, 낙서 또는 기타피막을 제거하는 세척 조성물에 관한 것이다. 나아가서, 본 발명의 조성물에는 전체 조성물에 대하여 25중량%이하의 프틸산디에틸, 아디프산디이소프로필 및/또는 젖산 C1∼C4 알킬이 존재할 수 있다. 또한, 기재를 세척하는 방법 및 세척 조성물이 침지된 직조 또는 부직 섬유가 특허 청구되었다.

Claims (16)
- (1)다음 일반식의 5원환 락탐
-
- (상기 식에서, R는 수소 원자, 또는 메틸, 에틸, 프로필, 이소프로필 또는 비닐기를 나타낸다) 및 (2)탄소원자수가 1 내지 4개인 지방족 포화 모노카르복실산의 글리세롤 트리에스테르로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 기재로부터 바람직하지 않은 페인트, 낙서 및 기타 피막을 제거하기 위한 세척 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 5원환 락탐이 N－메틸－2－피롤리돈인 세척 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 글리세롤 트리에스테르가 글리세롤 트리아세테이트인 세척 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항에 있어서, 전체 조성물에 대하여 40 내지 90중량%의 원환 락탐 및 10 내지 60중량%의 글리세롤 트리에스테르를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세척 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항에 있어서, 전체 조성물에 대하여 50 내지 60중량%의 5원환 락탐 및 40 내지 50중량%의 글리세롤 트리에스테르를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세척 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제5항에 있어서, 전체 조성물에 대하여 25중량% 이하의 프탈산디에틸, 아디프산디이소프로필 및/또는 젖산과 탄소수가 1 내지 4개인 포화 지방족 모노하이드릭 알코올의 에스테르를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세척 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 젖산의 에스테르가 젖산에틸 또는 젖산부틸인 세척 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제7항에 있어서, 계면 활성제, 농후화제, 부식 방지제, 착색제, 탈취제, 습윤제, 연화제, 연마제 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택된 가능성 첨가제를 전체 조성물에 대해서 10중량% 이하로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세척 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제7항에 있어서, 실리카, 벤질리덴 솔비톨, 셀룰로오스 유도체 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택된 농후화제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세척 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제7항에 있어서, 비이온계 계면 활성제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세척 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제10항에 따른 세척 조성물이 침지되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 직조 또는 부적 섬유 물질.
- 제1항 내지 제10항에 따른 세척 조성물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스프레이 캔 또는 에어로졸 분사기.
- (a)제거되어야 할 바람직하지 않은 페인트, 낙서 또는 기타 피막이 부착된 기재를, 이 기재로부터 바람직하지 않은 물질을 충분히 제거할 수 있는 시간동안 제1항 내지 제10항에 따른 세척 조성물의 유효량과 접촉시키거나 또는 제11항에 따른 직조 또는 부직 섬유 물질로 문지르는 단계와, (b)상기 세척 조성물을 기재로부터 제거하는 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 기재로부터 바람직하지 않은 페인트, 낙서 또는 기타 피막을 제거하는 방법.
