Abstract

〔목적〕
케이블이 접속가능하며 두께를 늘리는 일 없이 균일하게 평탄한 판형의 PC 카드와 그를 위한 커넥터를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
〔구성〕
PC 카드 (1)는, 커넥터와의 접속을 위하여, 이 커넥터로의 삽입방향의 전단면으로 신호용의 접속자(3)가 복수 설치되어 있으며, 상기 삽입방향에 평행한 측면(4)에 외부의 신호접속부재와 접속을 위한 신호접속부재(6)가 형성되어 있다. 커넥터(10)는, PC 카드(1)의 신호접속부재(6)가 형성되어 있는 측면(4)에 대응하는 한쪽 가이드부(11)에는, 이 측면에 대하여 탄성부재(22)에 의해 힘이 가해져 신호접속부재 지지체(15)가 상기 측면으로 근접이동가능하게 설치되고, 외부로부터의 조작에 의해 상기 신호 접속부재 지지체(15)로의 상기 탄성부재(22)에 의한 가하는 힘에 저항하여 이 신호접속부재 지지체를 PC 카드 측면으로부터 이간이동시키는 근접 및 이간기구(25), (37)를 구비하고 있다.

제1도는 본 발명의 일 실시예의 PC 카드 및 커넥터의 분해 사시도, 제2도는 제1도 장치의 커넥터의 평면도, 제3도는 제2도에 있어서의 우측면도.

Claims (8)

  1. 커넥터와의 접속을 위하여, 이 커넥터로의 삽입방향의 전방 단면에 신호용의 접촉자가 복수 설치되어 있는 판형의 PC 카드에 있어서, 상기 삽입방향에 평행한 측면에 외부의 송신용 또는 수신용의 신호접속부재와 접속을 위한 수신용 또는 송신용의 신호 접속부재가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 PC 카드.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 커넥터로의 삽입방향의 소정위치를 결정하기 위한 걸림구멍이 측면에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 PC 카드.
  3. 판형의 PC 카드의 양측면을 이 측면을 따라서 삽입안내하는 가이드 부를 양측에 가지며, PC 카드가 커넥터측의 접촉자와 접속할 때에 상기 PC 카드의 전방 단부를 받아들이는 전후로 이동가능한 수납부재가 설치되어 있는 청구범위 제1항에 기재된 PC 카드를 위한 커넥터에 있어서, PC 카드의 신호접속부재가 형성되어 있는 측면에 대응하는 한 쪽의 가이드부에는, 이 측면에 대하여 탄성부재에 의해 힘이 가해지는 신호접속부재 지지체가 상기 측면에 근접이동가능하게 형성되고, 외부로부터의 조작에 의행 상기 신호접속부 지지체로의 상기 탄성부재에 의하여 가해지는 힘에 저항하여 이 신호접속부재 지지체를 PC 카드 측면으로부터 이간이동시키는 근접 및 이간기구를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 PC 카드용 커넥터.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 근접 및 이간기구는, 가이드부의 안내방향으로 뻗는 근접 및 이간용 레버부재를 가지며, 이 근접 및 이간용 레버부재의 중간부와 상기 신호접속부재 지지체에 형성된 캠기구에 의해 이루어지고, 상기 근접 및 이간용 레버부재의 외부측단부를 전방으로 누름으로써 캠기구가 상기 신호 접속부재 지지체에 PC 카드의 측면으로의 근접동작을 부여하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 PC 카드용 커넥터.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 근접 및 이간기구는, 가이드부의 안내방향으로 뻗는 지지점을 중심으로 요동가능한 근접 및 이간용 레버부재를 가지며, 상기 근접 및 이간용 레버부재의 외부측 단부의 요동조작의 지레대작용에 의해 신호접속부재 지지체에 PC 카드의 측면에 대한 근접 및 이간동작을 부요하도록 하는 PC 카드용 커넥터.
  6. 제3항에 있어서, 근접 및 이간기구는, PC 카드의 신호접속부재가 형성되어 있는 쪽과는 반대쪽에 위치하는 다른쪽의 가이드부에서 안내되는 PC 카드 발출용의 발출레버부재와, 가이드부 사이를 연결한 연결부에 형성된 지지점을 중심으로 요동가능하게 지지되어 일단부가 상기 발출레버부재 또는 이에 접속된 부재의 안쪽단부와 회전운전가능하게 연결된 지레대부재를 가지며, 이 지레대부재의 타단부에는 수납부재를 PC 카드의 발출방향으로 이동시키는 누름부가 형성되고, 상기 수납부재 또는 이에 접속된 부재가 신호접속부재 지지체의 일부와 협동하여 이 신호접속부재 지지체를 이간이동시키는 캠기구를 형성하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 PC 카드용 커넥터.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 캠기구는, 발출레버부재에 의한 PC 카드 발출에 앞서 동작하도록 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 PC 카드용 커넥터.
  8. 제3항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 신호접속부재 지지체는 PC 카드의 걸림구멍에 결합하는 돌출부를 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 PC 카드용 커넥터.
