Abstract

전기 접속기(12)는 접촉 단자(24)들이 통과하는 절연 하우징(14)를 갖는다. 접촉 단자(24)들은 모 기판을 자기판에 전기적으로 접속시키기 위해 제공된다. 기판 - 수용개구(22)가 자 기판을 수용하기 위해 하우징(14)내에 제공된다. 한쌍의 래치 부재(38)이 자 기판을 모기판에 대해 선정된 형태를 취하도록 래치시키기 위해 하우징(14)상에 제공된다. 한 쌍의 제한 금속판(24)가 쌍을 이루는 래치 부재(38)이 서로 멀어지는 방향으로 만곡되는 것을 제한하기 위해 하우징 상에 장착된다. 스프링(66)이 기판 - 수용 개구(22)내에 수용된 자 기판에 의한 미는 힘에 대항하여 자 기판을 선정된 형태가 되게 하는 방향으로 스프링 힘이 자 기판에 인가되도록 하기 위해 기판 - 수용 개구(22)내에 제공된다.

제1도는 모 기판 및 자 기판을 갖고 있는 전기 접속시의 사시도,
제2도는 제1도의 Ⅱ-Ⅱ를 따라 절취된 하우징내의 접촉부의 단면도,
제3도는 부분적으로 절취된 접속기의 한 단부의 사시도.

Claims (6)

  1. 제2회로 기판을 수용하기 위한 리세스 및 제1회로 기판에 대해 선정된 형태를 취하도록 제2회로 기판을 래치시키기 위한 한쌍의 래치 부재를 갖되 한쌍의 래치 부재가 대향되게 배열되어 있고 그들 사이에 리세스가 배치되어 있는 구성을 이루는 제1회로 기판 상에 장착가능한 절연 하우징, 상기 제2회로 기판에 대한 전기적 상호 접속부를 설정하기 위해 리세스 내에 배치된 다수의 접촉부, 상기 쌍을 이루는 래치 부재들이 서로 멀어지는 방향으로 만곡되는 것을 제한하기 위해 상기 래치 부재를 사이에 두고 대향되게 배열되어 있는 한쌍의 제한 부재 및 리세스내에 수용된 상기 제2회로 기판에 의한 미는 힘에 대향하여 선정된 형태가 되도록 상기 제2회로 기판을 압박하는 방향으로 상기 제2회로 기판에 스프링 힘을 인가시키는 위한 스프링수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제2회로 기판에 제1회로 기판을 접속시키기 위한 전기 접속기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하우징이 제2회로 기판을 리세스로 안내하기 위한 한쌍의 안내 부재를 갖으며, 상기 한쌍의 안내 부재가 그들 사이에 리세스를 두고 대향되게 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 접속기.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 하우징이 개방된 하부 단부가 있는 스프링 수용 공동을 갖으며, 상기 스프링 수단이 하부 단부를 통해 스프링 수용 공동내로 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 접속기.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제한 부재가 상기 스프링 수용 공동 내에 배치된 스프링 수단을 지지하기 위한 지지부를 갖으며 상기 지지부가 상기 스프링 수용 공동의 개방된 하부 단부를 따라 연장되어 상기 개방된 하부 단부를 덮는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 접속기.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 하우징의 상기 래치 부재가 상기 제2회로 기판의 측면 모서리와 접촉하는 영역을 갖으며, 상기 래치 부재가 상기 접촉영역에서 기저 단부를 향해 가늘어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 접속기.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 하우징의 상기 래치 부재가 돌출부를 갖으며 상기 제한 부재가 상기 래치 부재의 돌출부에 결합하는 절개부를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 접속기.
