Claims (8)

  1. 상부에서 개방되고 하우징의 후벽, 전방벽 및 저벽에 의해 경계가 이루어지는 절제부를 가진 하우징과 상기 하우징에 피봇트운동 가능하게 연결되고, 서로 협동하는데 적합하게된 스프링 부분, 충돌부분 및 클램프부분으로 이루어져 있으며, 상기 스프링 부분은 상기 절제부내에 배치되고, 상기 충돌 부분은 절제부의 개방된 상부를 통하여 하우징으로부터 외측으로 돌출하는 연장된 아암을 가지고 있고, 상기 클램프부분은 하우징의 전방쪽으로 돌출하는 둥근 보스를 가지고 있으며, 상기 스프링 부분의 일단부는 상기 하우징 절제부에 배치되고 상기 하우징의 벽돌중 하나에 형성된 개구부내에 적어도 부분적으로 수용되어 클램프수단을 위한 힌지점으로 작용하도록 된 클램프 수단으로 이루어져 있고 ;
    그리하여, 스프링 부분의 작용에 의해, 클램프 수단이 클램프 부분의 방해없이 코넥터 하우징내로 기판을 삽입할 수 있게 하는 비작용 위치에 유지되고, 기판이 삽입될때는 기판의 가장자리가 상기 충돌 부분에 접촉하여 클램프 수단이 비작용 위치로부터, 상기 클램프 부분이 기판을 코넥터 하우징에 보유시키도록 그 기판에 부가적인 힘을 가하는 클램핑 위치로 이동되게 하도록된 기판의 전기 접속용 엣지 코넥터.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 스프링 부분이 S자 형태로 되어있고, 그 S자 형태의 스프링 부분의 일단부가 단일의 힌지점으로 작용하고, 타단부는 T자 형태로 되어 있고 횡방향 연결부재와 합체되어 있으며, 그 연결부재의 일단부가 클램프 부분으로 작용하고 타단부는 클램프수단의 충돌부분으로 작용하는 상기 아암을 형성하도록 대략직각으로 구부러져 있는 엣지 코넥터.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 클램프 수단이 2 개의 별도의 부품들로 이루어져 있고, 그 부품들을 하나가 스프링 부분을 형성하고 상기 힌지점으로부터 후방으로 구부러진 형태를 가지며, 그 구부러진 형태의 둥근 부분이 클램프수단의 클램프 부분으로 작용하고, 상기 부품들중 다른 하나는 스프링 부분에 접촉하는 피봇트된 레버의 연장된 아암의 형태이고 클램프 수단의 충돌 부분을 형성하는 엣지 코넥터.
  4. 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 클램프 수단 부분들이 열가소성 물질 또는 평평한 스프링 스트립 물질로 만들어진 엣지 코넥터.
  5. 제 2 항에 있어서, 힌지점으로 작용하는 스프링 부분의 상일 일단부가 하우징의 후벽에 형성된 개구부내에서 그 하우징내측 지지표면에 지지되고, 하우징의 전방벽에는, 스프링 부분이 적적한 스프링 주행부를 가지고 클램프 수단이 수평 및 수직양 방향으로 작용할 수 있도록 저부 가까이에 개부부가 형성되어 있고, 엣지 코넥터의 하우징은, 기판이 삽입될 때 그 기판의 가장자리가 상기 아암을 비작용 위치로부터 돌출부분위를 지나 클램핑 위치로 이동시킬 수 있도록 충돌부분의 아암과 협동하는 돌출부분을 가지고 있고, 상기 클램핑 위치에서 아암이 상기 돌출부분의 평평한 측부 뒤에 고정되어 부가적인 보유력이 클램프 수단의 보스와 그 보스가 압박되는 기판 표면과의 사이의 마찰력에 위해 제공되고, 상기 클램프 수단이 클램핑 위치로부터 비작용 위치로 수동으로 복귀될 수 있게된 엣지 코넥터.
  6. 제 5 항에 있어서, 클램프 수단의 보스가 기판 표면에 형성된 구멍과 협동하는데 저합하게된 외측으로 돌출하는 핀을 가지고 있어, 기판의 삽입시 그 핀이 상기 구멍에 결합되게 하고 그결과 형성된 핀-구멍 연결이 클램핑 위치에서 유지되어 엣지 코넥터내에 기판을 보유시키기 위한 부가적인 힘을 제공하도록된 엣지 코넥터.
  7. 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 스프링 부분이 전방벽에 지탱되고, 상기 힌지점으로 작용하는 스프링 부분의 상기 일단부가 전방벽과 저벽이 만나는 곳에서 하우징에 형성된 개구부내에 수용되고, 레버의 연장된 아암 형태의 충돌부분이 하우징의 개방된 상부에서 외측으로 돌출하고, 상기 레버는 그의 대체로 직립하는 연장된 아암과 다른 구부러진 아암 사이의 경계부에 배치된 힌지점을 가지고 있고, 그 레버의 힌지점이 후벽에 형성된 개구부내에 수용되고, 상기 하우징은 또한, 기판의 삽입시 그 기판의 가장자리가 상기 아암을 비작용위치로부터 돌출부분위를 지나 클램핑 위치로 이동시킬 수 있도록 하는 방식으로 상기 연장된 아암과 협동하는데 적합하게된 돌출부분을 가지고 있고, 상기 클램핑 위치에서 상기 아암이 상기 돌출부분의 평평한 측부뒤에 고정되어, 기판의 표면과, 레버의 구부러진 단부의 작용으로 기판 표면에 압박되는 스프링 부분의 둥근 부분과의 사이의 마찰력에 기인하여 부가적인 보유력을 제공하게된 엣지 코넥터.
  8. 제 5 항에 있어서, 클램프 수단이 엣지 코넥터 하우징의 일측부에 가까이 설치되는 엣지 코넥터.
