Abstract
본 발명은 플라스틱 필름의 적어도 한면상에 형성된 표면 코팅층을 포함하는 표면-처리된 플라스틱 필름 및 잉크젯 기록 물질에 관한 것으로서, 상기 표면 코팅층 측에서 수성 잉크와 알콜 잉크의 확산 지수는 각각 1.0∼1.2이다. 수성 잉크 및 알콜 잉크 각각의 확산 지수가 1.0∼1.2인 본 발명의 표면-처리된 플라스틱 필름은 볼펜의 수성 잉크의 확산이 적게 일어나고, 필기능 및 오프셋 인쇄능이 우수하며, 합성지로서 매우 유용하다. 또한, 상기 표면-처리된 플라스틱 필름을 사용함으로서 높은 등급의 기록을 허용하는 잉크젯 기록물질을 제조할 수 있다.

Claims (7)
- 플라스틱 필름의 적어도 한면상에 형성된 표면 코팅층을 포함하는 표면-처리된 플라스틱 필름으로서, 상기 표면 코팅층 측에서 수성 잉크와 알콜 잉크의 확산 지수가 각각 1.0∼1.2인 표면-처리된 플라시틱 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 표면 코팅층이 유기 표면처리 및/또는 무기 표면처리를 한 무기 입자, 중합체 왁스, 및 수성 수지 또는 유기 용매에 가용성인 수지를 주성분으로 포함하는 표면-처리된 플라스틱 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 표면 코팅층이 유기 표면처리 및/또는 무기 표면처리를 한 무기 입자, 중합체 왁스, 및 수성 수지를 주성분으로 포함하는 표면-처리된 플라스틱 필름.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 플라스틱 필름이 폴리에스테르 필름인 표면-처리된 플라스틱 필름.
- 제4항에 있어서, 플라스틱 필름은 0.8∼1.3의 겉보기 비중을 가지며, 폴리에스테르 필름은 폴리에스테르와 이 폴리에스테르에 대하여 비상용성인 1종 이상의 열가소성 수지를 포함하며, 상기 폴리에스테르 필름은 한축 이상의 방향으로 연심함으로써 형성된 미세 공극을 갖는 표면-처리된 플라스틱 필름.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 광 투과성이 30% 이하이고, 평면내 복굴절율이 -0.02 내지 0.04인 표면-처리된 플라스틱 필름.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항의 표면-처리된 플라스틱 필름의 표면 코팅층 위에 잉크 수용층을 포함하는 잉크젯 기록물질.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개되는 것임.
