Abstract

NiO 14.0∼19.0㏖%, ZnO 29.0∼35.0㏖%, 3.0∼6.0㏖%, 나머지를 Fe2O3한 것을 주성분으로 하고 부성분으로 SiO20.02중량% 이하(0운 포함하지 않음), CaO 0.02중량% 이하(0은 포함하지 않음), Bi2O30.1중량% 이하(0은 포함되지 않음)가 되는 조성물에 MgO 0.1∼0.3중량% MnO 0.1∼0.4중량%를 복합섬유시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 산화물 자성재료는 저손실, 고투자, 고강도의 우수한 물성을 갖는다.

Claims (1)

  1. NiO 14.0∼19.0㏖%, ZnO 29.0∼35.0㏖%, 3.0∼6.0㏖%, 나머지를 Fe2O3한 것을 주성분으로 하고 부성분으로 SiO20.02중량% 이하(0운 포함하지 않음), CaO 0.02중량% 이하(0은 포함되지 않음), Bi2O30.1중량% 이하(0은 포함되지 않음)가 되는 조성물에 MgO 0.1∼0.3중량% MnO 0.1∼0.4중량%를 복합섬유시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 저손실, 고투자, 고강도를 지닌 산화물 자성재료.
