Abstract

적층판 재료 및 이 적층판 재료로부터 제조된 경중량의 하니스 프레임이 공개된다. 적층판 재료는 (a) 보강 섬유로 형성된 보강 층 및 수지 매트릭스로 구성되는 복합재 층 및 (b) 복합재 층의 반대 표면상에 각각 하나씩 겹쳐진 금속 층으로 구성된다. 바람직한 양식에서, 수지 시이트(3) 및 보강 섬유의 보강 층(4)은 교대로 겹쳐지고, 두 금속 층(1a, 1b)은 겹쳐진 층의 수직으로 반대인 표면상에 각각 하나씩 놓여지고, 결과적으로 얻어진 고정층은 가열되고, 성분 층을 열 용접시키기 위해 프레싱 기계로 압축된다. 결과적으로 생산된 적층판 재료는 수지 시이트의 완전한 열 용접을 초래하는 수지 매트릭스에서 평행으로 겹쳐진 층의 형태로 매립된 다수의 보강 층(4)을 갖는 복합재 층(2)의 반대 표면상에 높은 접착 강도로 겹쳐진 금속 층(1a, 1b)을 갖는다.

제 1 도는 날실을 위한 통상적인 셰딩 장치에서 사용되는 하니스 프레임의 예를 보여주는 평면도이다, 제 2 도는 제 1 도의 A-A 선을 따라서 얻어진 단면도이다, 제 3 도는 파스너 요소를 파스너 테이프에 고정하기 위한 목적으로 날실을 셰딩하는데 사용되는 하니스 프레임의 한 예를 보여주는 투시도이다, 제 4 도는 본 발명에 있어서의 적층판 재료의 층구조의 한 예를 보여주는 단면도이다, 제 5 도는 본 발명에 있어서의 적층판 재료 생산을 위한 방법의 한 예를 보여주는 부분 절단 측면도이다, 제 6 도는 본 발명의 적층판 재료를 생산하는데 사용된 프레싱 기계를 위한 금속 다이의 예를 보여주는 절단 단면도이다, 제 7 도는 본 발명에서의 적층판 재료로 만들어진 하니스 프레임을 사용한 룸과 통상의 강재(YG-4)로 만들어진 하니스 프레임을 사용한 룸에서 얻어진, 회전 속도와 소음간의 관계를 보여주는 그래프이다, 제 8 도는 본 발명에서의 적층판 재료로 만들어진 하니스 프레임을 사용한 룸과 통상적인 강재(YG-4)로 만들어진 하니스 프레임을 사용한 룸에서 얻어진 하니스 프레임을 작동하기 위한 캠 표면의 마모량과 회전 속도간의 관계를 보여주는 그래프이다.

Claims (11)

  1. (a) 보강 섬유로 형성된 보강 층 및 수지 매트릭스로 구성되는 복합재 층 및 (b) 복합재 층의 반대 표면상에 각각 하나씩 겹쳐진 금속 층으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층판 재료.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 복합재 층이, 보강 섬유를 그물모양으로 짜므로써 형성되고 수지 매트릭스에 실질적으로 평행으로 매립된 다수의 보강 층을 갖는 적층판 재료.
  3. 제 1 또는 2 항에 있어서, 상기 금속 층이 강재, 스테인레스 강재, 티타늄재, 또는 알루미늄재로 제조되고, 상기 보강 섬유가 유리 섬유, 카본 섬유, 또는 아라미드 섬유이고, 상기 수지가 열가소성 수지 또는 열경화성 수지인 적층판 재료.
  4. 제 1 또는 2 항에 있어서, 상기 보강 섬유기 길이로 1mm 이상의 긴 섬유이고, 상기 수지가 열가소성 수지인 적층판 재료.
  5. 제 1 또는 2 항에 있어서, 재료의 전체 두께가 0.5 내지 3.0mm 범위이고, 상기 금속 층 각각의 두께가 0.05 내지 0.4mm 범위인 적층판 재료.
  6. 제 1 또는 2 항에 있어서, 상기 금속 층의 표면의 경도가 Vickers 경도 등급(Hv)으로 100 DPN 이상인 적층판 재료.
  7. 제 1 또는 2 항에 있어서, 상기 수지가 폴리아미드, 폴리카르보네이트, 폴리프로필렌, 황화폴리페닐렌, 산화폴리페닐렌, 및 폴리에스테로로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 적층판 재료.
  8. 제 1 또는 2 항에 있어서, 상기 보강 층이 보강 섬유의 임의 매트, 보강 섬유의 옷감, 단일 방향으로 배향된 섬유 및 다중방향으로 배향된 섬유로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 적층판 재료.
  9. 제 1 또는 2 항에 있어서, 상기 복합재 층이 30 내지 75중량%의 양으로 보강 섬유를 함유하는 적층판 재료.
  10. 제 1 또는 2 항에 있어서, 상기 금속 층이 실란 커플링제로 처리된 내부 표면을 갖는 적층판 재료.
  11. 제 1 또는 2 항에 따른 적층판 재료로부터 제조된 룸용 하니스 프레임.
