Abstract

본 발명은 주형의 제작에 있어서 베이스 재료(W)의 둘레에서 외피재료(S)의 진공성형, 마름질, 및 감기를 한 단계로 동시에 수행하기 위한 장치를 제공한다. 이러한 장치는 베이스 재료(W)의 부착 가장자리(F)가 주형(1)의 베이스(1A)로부터 뜬 상태로 유지되도록 베이스 재료(W)를 지지하기 위한 주형(1)과, 베이스 재료상에 장착된 외피시트(S)를 억제하기 위하여 베이스 재료의 부착 가장자리(F)위에 배열된 억제부재(6)와, 그리고 부착 가장자리(F) 외부의 아래에 배열되어서 마름질 가장자리(5)를 구비하고 있는 감지헤드(4)를 포함하고 있다. 이러한 장치는 제조비용을 절감할 수 있고 제작을 위한 사이클을 단축할 수 있다.

Claims (1)

  1. 하부 주변부에 측방향으로 연장된 부착 가장자리를 구비하고 있는 베이스 재료상에 외피시트를 성형하여 접착하도록 외피시트를 진공성형하며, 상기 베이스 재료의 상기 부착 가장자리 둘레에 상기 외피시트의 일부를 둘러싸서 접착하도록 외피시트를 둘러싸고 접착하며, 그리고 상기 외피시트의 둘러싸인 부분의 나머지 부분을 절단하도록 마름질하는 단계를 동시에 수행하기 위한 장치에 있어서, 진공성형, 감기, 및 마름질단계를 동시에 수행하기 위해서 상기 장치는, 주형 베이스(1A)를 구비하고 있는, 상기 베이스재료(W)의 상기 부착 가장자리 (F)가 상기 주형 베이스(1A) 위의 위치에서 뜬상태로 유지되도록 상기 베이스 재료(W)를 지지할 수 있는 진공성형 주형(1)과, 상기 외피시트를 억제하기 위해서 상기 베이스 재료(W)의 상기 부착 가장자리(F) 위에서 수직으로 이동할 수 있는 억제 수단(6)과, 그리고 상기 부착 가장자리(F)와 상기 주형 베이스(1A) 사이의 공간의 외부에 배열되어 있고 상기 주형 쪽으로 그리고 상기 주형으로부터 멀리 이동할 수 있으며 마름질 가장자리(5)를 구비하고 있는 감기 헤드(4)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
