Abstract
본 발명은 예컨대 융합노의 차열판과 같은 과도한 열부하를 받을 수 있는 부품의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 발명에 의거 예컨대 흑연으로된 고내열재 부품과 금속의 연질 중간층을 입힌 금속부품과의 결합을 시킨다음 고에너지 빔 용접이 적용되는 것이다.

Claims (5)
- 하나 또는 그 이상의 내열재와 최소한 하나의 금속부품이 결합되고 이때 내열재 부품은 결합전에 결합할 표면에 금속의 연질 중간층을 입히며, 과다한 열부하를 받는 부품의 제조방법에 있어서, 결합은 고에너지 빔 용접에 의해서 행하여지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이에 따라서 내열재로서는 탄소섬유 강화흑연이 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 금속부품으로서는 고온강도의 동합금이 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 중간층으로서 순동이나 동합금이 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 중간층이 0.5∼2㎜ 두께로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
