Abstract

"CHAPA SANDUìCHE METáLICA". A presente invenção refere-se a uma chapa sanduíche (2), própria para uma operação de conformação e de soldagem, e que apresenta uma excelente resistência às temperaturas elevadas, que compreende duas superfícies exteriores feitas de chapa metálica (1, 1<39>) que apresentam um ponto de fusão Tp, e uma alma metálica (4) que apresenta um ponto de fusão Ta, Ta podendo ser igual ou diferente de Tp, de acordo com a qual a alma (4) apresenta uma densidade inferior à densidade de cada uma das superfícies exteriores (1, 1<39>), e a alma (4) e cada uma das superfícies exteriores (1, 1<39>) são ligadas entre si com o auxílio de um agente de ligação metálico (3, 3<39>) que apresenta um ponto de fusão Tm inferior a Ta e a Tp. A invenção refere-se também ao processo de fabricação dessa chapa sanduíche (2), assim como sua utilização no domínio automobilístico.
