식물접목용 크립의 제조방법.
나. 그 발명이 해결하려고 하는 기술과제
종래의 식물접목용 크립은 사출성형에 의한 제조방법에 의해 제조되어지는 것이므로 시간당 생산되는 크립갯수의 비율이 낮아 생산성이 떨어지는 폐단을 갖는 것임.
다. 그 발명의 해결방법의 요지
연질의 합성수지를 압출성형에 의한 제조방법에 의해 연속적인 형태로 압출시킨 다음 일정길이 만큼 절단하여 크립을 제조하는 것이므로 시간당 생산되는 크립갯수의 비율이 현저히 높아지게 되어 저렴한 가격에 크립을 원예농가에 공급할 수 있는 것임.
라. 발명의 중요한 용도

제1도는 종래 크립의 사시도, 제2도는 본 발명에 따라 제조된 크립의 사시도, 제3도는 다이스로부터 압출된 크립의 상태를 보이기 위한 예시도.

Claims (1)

  1. 손잡이부와 집게부가 일체로 이루어지며, 연질의 합성수지를 재질로 하는 식물접목용 크립의 제조방법에 있어서 연질의 합성수지 재료를 압출성형기에 투입하여 가열하므로써 겔(Gel)상태의 합성수지를 만들고 상기 겔(Gel)상태의 합성수지를 피스톤에 의해 생산하고자 하는 크립의 단면형상과 동일한 형상의 압출성형용 다이스(4)의 압출구(5)를 통해 압출시키고, 압출구(5)의 형상과 동일한 단면형상을 갖는 연속된 연질의 합성수지를 1차 공냉, 2차 수냉시켜서 절단기로 일정길이로 절단하므로써 크립을 제조함을 특징으로 하는 식물접목용 크립 제조방법.
