Abstract
목적]압출 성형에 의해 생산할 수 있는 배선 프로텍터의 제조 방법을 제공함.
구성]밑면에 가이드 블록이 일체로 성형된 클립체 소재를 압출 성형하는 제1공정과, 상기한 클립체 소재의 가이드 블록으로 삽입되는 크기의 가이드 슈가 일체로 갖춰진 그립퍼 소재를 압출 성형하는 제2공정과, 상기한 압출 성형에 의해 얻어진 클립체 소재와 그립퍼 소재를 적당한 길이로 절단하여 상호 분리된 클립체와 그립퍼를 얻는 제3공정과, 절단된 클립체와 그립퍼를 상호 조립하여 소망의 배선 프로텍터로 조립하는 제4공정으로 행해짐을 특징으로 하는 배선 프로텍터의 제조 방법

Claims (1)
- 베이스체에 리브 힌지를 개재하여 연결된 클립체로 이루어진 배선 정돈용 클립으로서, 상기한 클립체는 자유단부에 래칫 톱니를 갖춘 가변 록킹부를 일체로 보유함과 아울러 상기한 리브 힌지에 인접하는 부위로 탄압편을 일체로 연장 형성하고 있고, 상기한 베이스체는 그 밑면에 보강용 비드를 갖춘 구성으로 된 배선 정돈용 클립
