Abstract
본 발명은 프로필렌 중합체 100중량부, 방향족 퍼옥사이드 0.01∼1중량부 및 하기 식(1)의 하이드로탈사이트(hydrotalcite) 화합물 0.01∼1중량부를 포함하는, 수지 흐름성, 가공성이 증진되고, 내발색현상(핑킹성)이 현저하며 방청성과 열안정성의 효과가 우수한 결정질 프로필렌 조성물이 제공된다.

단 상기 식에서 (A)n-은 n가의 음이온이고, x, y 및 z는 y+z=1, 0≤y≤0.9, 0.1≤z≤1 및 0.2≤x≤0.8을 만족하는 수이며, m은 0 혹은 양수이다.

Claims (9)
- 결정질 프로필렌 중합체 100중량부; 방향족 퍼옥사이드 0.01∼1중량부; 및 상기 식(1)의 하이드로탈사이트(hydrotalcite) 0.001∼1중량부를 포함하는 결정질 프로필렌 중합체 조성물.(MgyZnz)1-xAlx(OH)2(A)n- x/2·mH2O (1)단 상기 식에서 (A)n-은 n가의 음이온이고, x,y 및 y+z=1 0≤y≤0.9, 0.1≤z≤1 및 0.2≤x≤0.8 을 만족하는 수이며 ,m은 0 혹은 양수이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 결정질 프로필렌 중합체는 찌글러(Ziegier) 촉매 존재하에 제조되는 산물임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 결정질 프로필렌 중합체는 촉매를 제거하는 단계를 거치지 않고 제조되는 산물로서 수ppm-수백ppm의 할로겐을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 결정질 프로필렌 중합체는 프로필렌 단일중합체 혹은 프로필렌 공중합체임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 방향족 퍼옥사이드는 벤젠 고리를 포함한 분자임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (A)n-은 CO3 2-, HPO4 2-, OH-, ClO4 -, NO3 -, 아세테이트 이온 및 타르타레이트 이온으로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택된 최소 하나 단위임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 식(1)의 하이드로탈사이트(hydrotalcite) 화합물은 BET 비표면적 30㎡/g 이하이고 평균 이차 입경이 5㎛ 이하임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 식(1)의 하이드로탈사이트(hydrotalcite) 화합물은 고 지방산, 고 지방산 금속염, 커플링제, 고 지방산 아미드, 고 지방산 에스테르 및 왁스로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 최소 하나로써 표면-처리한 산물임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 식(1)의 하이드로탈사이트(hydrotalcite) 화합물은 150∼350℃에서 소성시킨 산물임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
