Abstract
본 발명은 환식 성분의 수준이 보다 낮은 알킬렌아민 조성물을 제조하는데 유용한 개선된 환원성 아민화촉매에 관한 것이다. 전형적인 환원성 아민화 촉매가 알루미나, 실리카, 실리카-알루미나 및 실리카-티타니아와 같은 캐리어상에 니켈 또는 니켈-레늄을 함유할지라도, 전이 알루미나로부터 선택된 캐리어를 사용함으로써, 비환식 생성물에 대한 선택성과 촉매의 활성 들 다가 개선되는 것으로 밝혀졌다.

Claims (9)
- 델타, 테타, 감마/테타, 델타/테타, 테타/알파 알루미나 상 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택된 전이 알루미나 캐리어를 혼입시킨, 촉매적으로 유효한 하나 이상의 환원성 아민화 금속을 포함하는 고형 환원성 아민화 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 촉매적으로 유효한 환원성 아민화 금속(들)이 니켈, 레늄, 코발트, 로듐, 이리듐, 루테늄, 아연, 팔라듐 및 백금으로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택되는 촉매.
- 제2항에 있어서, 촉매적으로 유효한 환원성 아민화 금속이, 레늄에 대한 니켈의 원자비가 약 1:1 내지 약 200:1인 니켈과 레늄인 촉매.
- 제3항에 있어서, 레늄에 대한 니켈의 원자비가 약 5:1 내지 100:1인 촉매.
- 제4항에 있어서, 레늄에 대한 니켈의 원자비가 약 10:1 내지 50:1인 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 총 금속 함량이, 캐리어의 중량을 기준으로 하여, 약 1 내지 30중량%인 촉매.
- 제6항에 있어서, 총 금속 함량이, 캐리어의 중량을 기준으로 하여, 약 5 내지 15중량%인 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 붕소를 추가로 포함하는 촉매.
- 레늄에 대한 니켈의 원자비가 약 10:1 내지 약 50:1이고 존재하는 니켈과 레늄의 총량이, 감마/테타전이 알루미나 캐리어의 중량을 기준으로 하여, 약 5 내지 15중량%임을 특징으로 하는, 감마/테타 전이 알루미나 캐리어를 혼입시킨, 니켈과 레늄 금속으로 포함하는 환원성 아민화 촉매.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
