촉매가 고정층으로 배열된 반응기내에서 본 발명의 수소화 방법을 수행하는 흐름도.

Claims (9)

  1. 최소한 한 종류의 방향족 탄화수소 15 내지 100중량%가 함유되어 있으며, 1급아민, 2급아민 및 폴리아민중에서 선택된 최소한 한 종류의 아민화합물이 용해되어 있는 탄화수소 최소한 한 종류로 이루어진 액상의 존재하에, 아세틸렌과 에틸렌의 혼합물을 팔라듐-알라미나 촉매에 통과시켜 아세틸렌을 선택적으로 수소화시키는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 아민화합물이 액상내 탄화수소의 0.1 내지 10중량%의 농도로 존재하는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 아민화합물의 농도가 액상내 탄화수소의 0.1 내지 1중량%인 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 아민화합물이 부틸아민, 에틸아민, 디에틸아민, 트리에틸아민, 피페리딘, 모포린, 피페라진, 에틸렌디아민, 트리에틸렌디아민 및 에탄올아민중에서 선택된 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 아민화합물이 피페리딘, 에틸렌디아민, 에탄올아민, 디에틸아민 및 부틸아민중에서 선택된 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 촉매에 0.01 내지 1중량%의 필라듐이 함유된 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 촉매에 필라듐 0.01 내지 1중량% 그리고 은 및 금으로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택된 최소한 한 종류의 금속 0.01 내지 1중량%가 함유된 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 금속/필라듐의 중량비가 1이하인 방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 금/필라듐의 중량비가 0.05 내지 0.5인 방법.
