Abstract
본 발명은 40 내지 80중량% 범위내의 파라핀류, 0.5 내지 7중량% 범위내의 환형 탄화수소류, 6 내지 45중량% 범위내의 방향족 탄화수소류로 이루어지며 최고 증류 온도가 70 내지 90℃인 공급원료를 수소화시킨 후에, 상기 수소화 단계로부터 얻은 유출물을 이성질체화시키며, 상기 공급원료 및/또는 상기 유출물과 C5-C6유분을 혼합시키는 것을 포함하여, 가솔린 분류물중의 벤젠함량을 감소시키는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 방법은 특정한 분율의 에타 알루미나와 감마 알루미나 혼합물로 구성된 지지체상에 부착된 1종 이상의 Ⅷ족 금속과 염소를 함유하는 이성질체와 촉매를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

제1도는 본 발명의 방법을 수행하기 위한 장치의 개요도이다.
Claims (10)
- 40 내지 80중량% 범위내의 파라핀류, 0.5 내지 7중량% 범위내의 환형 탄화수소류, 6 내지 45중량% 범위내의 방향족 탄화수소류로 이루어지며 최고 증류 온도가 70 내지 90℃인 하나 이상의 수소화 공급원료를 수소화 영역내에서 수소화 시킨 후에, 90중량% 이상의 파라핀 함량, 10중량% 이하의 환형 탄화수소 함량 및 1.5중량% 이하의 벤젠 함량을 가진 C5-C6유분과 혼합된 상기 수소화 단계로부터 얻은 유출물을 이성질체화 영역내에서 이성질체화시켜서 가솔린 분류물중의 벤젠함량을 감소시키는 방법으로서, 상기 C5-C6유분의 적어도 일부분과 혼합되거나 혼합되지 않으며, 상기 C5-C6유분은 임의로 선행하는 수소화 영역에서 적어도 부분적으로 처리된(상기 공급원료와 혼합된)것인 방법에 있어서, 상기 이성질체화 반응에 에타 알루미나와 감마 알루미나를 주성분으로 하는 지지체상에 부착된 1종 이상의 Ⅷ족 금속 및 1종 이상의 할로겐을 함유하는 이성질체와 촉매를 사용하며, 상기 지지체의 에타 알루미나 함량은 지지체의 중량을 기준으로 하여 85 내지 98중량%이고, 지지체를 100%까지 보충하는 잔여 성분은 감마 알루미나인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이성질체화 촉매의 에타 알루미나 함량이 88 내지 92중량%인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 이성질체화 촉매의 에타 알루미나 함량이 89 내지 91중량%인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 에타 알루미나는 비표면적이 400 내지 600㎡/g이고 기공 부피가 0.3 내지 0.5cc/g이며, 상기 감마 알루미나는 비표면적이 150 내지 300㎡/g이고 기공 부피가 0.4 내지 0.8cc/g인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 이성질체화 촉매의 염소 함량이 5 내지 15중량%인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 이성질체화 촉매내의 Ⅷ족 금속이 백금, 팔라듐 및 니켈로 이루어진 군중에서 선택되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 이성질체화 공급원료가 10 내지 90%의 상기 유분을 함유하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 C5-C6유분을 상기 수소화 유출물과 완전히 혼합하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 수소화 촉매가 니켈, 백금 및 팔라듐으로 이루어진 군중에서 선택된 1종 이상의 금속을 함유하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 C5-C6유분이 직접 증류 유분인 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
