Abstract

본 발명은 열풍 또는 냉풀을 토출시켜 모발을 건조시키는 모발건조기에 관한 것으로, 특히 온도퓨즈, 정류다이오드등의 부품들을 분리가능하게 고정시키기 위하여 외부공기를 흡입하기 위한 송풍팬(3)을 회전시키는 구동모터(2)가 내장된 본체(1)와, 상기 본체(1)내에 삽입설치되며 외측에 히터(6)가 장착된 발열기판(7)과, 상기 발열기판(7)에 고정설치된 온도퓨즈(10), 정류다이오드(11)등의 부품들을 포함하며, 상기 부품들에 접속된 리이드선(12)의 일단을 분리가능케 협지하는 협지부(20a)를 보유하고 상기 발열기판(7)에 고정되는 접속단자(20)를 포함하는 것을 온도퓨즈, 정류다이오드등의 부품을 고정 또는 분리하는 것이 가능하여 조립성이 더욱 향상될 뿐만 아니라 생산성을 현저하게 증대시킬 수 있으며, 특히 납땜등의 작업을 필요로 하지 않게 되어 열에 의한 부품들의 손상이나 냉납현상등에 의한 접속불량등을 방지할 수 있고, 고장에 따른 보수시 손상된 부품만을 교체하는 것이 가능하여 보수비를 현저하게 절감할 수 있는 것이다.

제1도는 일반적인 모발건조기의 구조를 나타내는 전체 결합단면도, 제2도는 종래의 모발건조기에 적용된 부품의 장착상태를 나타내는 일부 사시도, 제3도는 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 모발건조기의 요부를 나타내는 일부사시도, 제4도는 본 발명의 결합상태를 나타내는 요부 확대단면도, 제5도는 본 발명의 장착상태를 나타내는 일부사시도이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 외부공기를 흡입하기 위한 송풍팬(3)을 회전시키는 구동모터(2)가 내장된 본체(1)와, 상기 본체(1)내에 삽입설치되며 외측에 히터(6)가 장착된 발열기관(7)과, 상기 발열기판(7)에 고정설치된 온도퓨즈(10), 정류다이오드(11)들의 부품들을 포함하며, 상기 부품들에 접속된 리이드선(12)의 일단을 분리가능케 협지하는 협지부(20a)를 보유하고 상기 발열기판(7)에 고정되는 접속단자(20)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모발건조기.
