Abstract
전동모우터에 의해 구동되는 유압펌프는 전동모우터의 고정자의 내부에 또한, 유압모우터의 회전자의 내부에 수납되며 소형화를 도모함과 아울러, 성능이 양호한 전기유압 하이브리드 모우터와 그 제어장치 및 그 제어방법을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
전동모우터의 회전자의 안쪽으로 유압펌프 혹은 유압모우터를 배치한 전기유압 하이브리드 모우터에 있어서, 회전자(14)와 일체로 회전하는 유압펌프의 실린더블록 및 플런져와 회전자의 안쪽에 설치된 유압모우터용 실린더블록 및 플런져로 구성되어 있다.

본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는, 본 발명의 전기유압 하이브리드 모우터의 제1실시예의 전체구성도이다. 제2도는, 본 발명의 전기유압 하이브리드 모우터의 제1실시예의 측면단면도이다. 제3도는, 제2도의 화살표 Z 방향을 따른 단면도 이다. 제4도는, 제2도의 A-A선을 따른 단면도이다.
Claims (6)
- 전동모우터의 회전자의 안쪽으로 유압펌프 혹은 유압모우터를 배치한 전기유압 하이브리드 모우터에 있어서, 회전자(12)와 일체로 회전하는 유압펌프의 실린더블록(21) 및 플런져(22)와, 회전자(12)의 안쪽에 설치된 유압모우터용 실린더블록 (61) 및 플런져(62)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 전기유압하이브리드 모우터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유압펌프의 실린더블록(21)과 유압모우터용 실린더블록(61)과의 사이에서 오일을 공급 및 배출하는 포트 블록(52)이 케이스(11c)에 지지된 것을 특징으로 하는 전기유압 하이브리드 모우터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유압펌프의 실린더블록(21)과 유압모우터용 실린더블록(61)과의 사이에서 오일을 공급 및 배출하는 포트 블록(52)이 회전자(12)에 지지된 것을 특징으로 하는 전기유압 하이브리드 모우터.
- 제1항에 내지 제3항에 있어서, 전기유압 하이브리드 모우터는 케이스(11)에 부설된 냉각수단을 보유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기유압 하이브리드 모우터.
- 제1항에 내지 제3항에 있어서, 전기유압 하이브리드 모우터는 축심에 배치되어 있는 샤프트(44) 및 포트블록(52)에 차지회로를 보유 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기유압 하이브리드 모우터.
- 제4항에 있어서, 전기유압 하이브리드 모우터는 축심에 배치되어 있는 샤프트(44) 및 포트블록(52)에 차지회로를 보유 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기유압 하이브리드 모우터.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
