Abstract

본 발명에 따른 초소형 모터는 원통형 하우징, 이 원통형 하우징의 내측에 배치된 베어링 하우징, 이 베어링 하우징의 외측 원통형 표면에 배치된 마그네트 조립체를 포함하는 고정자와, 상기 베어링 하우징과 상기 마그네트 조립체 사이에 배치되고, 중심축을 따라 위치하는 회전 샤프트가 배치된 회전자 코일 조립체를 포함하는 코어리스(core-less)형 회전자와, 상기 회전자 코일 조립체에 전류를 공급하는 전류 공급수단과, 상기 회전자를 지지하는 제1 베어링 및 제2 베어링으로서, 이들 베어링 중 최소한 하나는 상기 베어링 하우징의 일단말부의 외측 원통형 표면에 장착되는 제1베어링 및 제2 베어링을 구비한다.

Claims (4)

  1. 외경 6mm 이하의 원통형 하우징, 이 원통형 하우징의 내측에 배치된 베어링 하우징, 이 베어링 하우징의 외측 원통형 표면에 배치된 마그네트 조립체를 포함하는 고정자와, 상기 베어링 하우징과 상기 마그네트 조립체 사이에 배치되고, 중심축을 따라 위치하는 회전 샤프트가 배치된 회전자 코일 조립체를 포함하는 코어리스(core-less)형 회전자와, 상기 회전자 코일 조립체에 전류를 공급하는 전류공급수단과, 상기 회전자를 지지하는 제1베어링 및 제2베어링으로서, 이들 베어링중 최소한 하나는 상기 베어링 하우징의 일단말부의 외측 원통형 표면에 장착되는 제1베어링 및 제2베어링을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초소형 진동모터.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 원통형 하우징은 그 일단말부를 내측으로 구부려 형성된 베어링 하우징 장착부와, 그 타단말부에 배치된 단말판장착용 요부를 포함하고, 상기 베어링 하우징은 그 일단말부에 배치된 요부가 형성된 팽창부와, 이 팽창부로부터 뻗는 원통형부재의 일단말부인 장착부를 포함하며, 상기 제1베어링은 상기 팽창부에 형성된 상기 요부에 가압으로 끼워지고, 상기 제2베어링은 상기 베어링 하우징의 장착부가 끼워지느 요부를 가지며, 상기 마그네트 조립체는 상기 제1베어링과 제2베어링 사이에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 초소형 진동모터.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 회전 샤프트의 일단말부에는 편심으로 장착된 중량체가 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 초소형 진동모터.
  4. 외경 6mm 이하의 원통형 하우징, 이 원통형 하우징의 내측에 배치된 베어링 하우징, 이 베어링 하우징의 외측 원통형 표면에 배치된 마그네트 조립체를 포함하는 고정자와, 상기 베어링 하우징과 상기 마그네트 조립체 사이에 배치되고, 중심축을 따라 위치하는 회전 샤프트가 배치된 회전자 코일 조립체를 포함하는 코어리스(core-less)형 회전자와, 상기 회전자 코일 조립체에 전류를 공급하는 전류공급수단과, 상기 회전자를 지지하는 제1베어링 및 제2베어링으로서, 이들 베어링중 최소한 하나는 상기 베어링 하우징의 일단말부의 외측 원통형 표면에 장착되는 제1베어링 및 제2베어링과, 상기 회전 샤프트의 일단말부에 편심으로 배치된 중량체를 포함하는 초소형 모터와, 최소한 하나 이상의 정보원으로서 상기 초소형 모터에 의해 생성되는 진동을 이용하는 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보전달장치.
