Abstract
본 발명은 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물, 상기 화합물을 함유하는 액정 혼합물 및 광학 소자를 위한 가교결합된 상태에서의 이들의 용도에 관한 것이다.
상기 식에서, R1및 R2는 각각 독립적으로 메틸, 메톡시, 시아노 및/또는 할로겐에 의해 임의로 치환되는 메틸렌, 아크릴레이트, 메타크릴레이트, 2-클로로아크릴레이트, 2-페닐아크릴레이트, 아크릴로일페닐렌, 아크릴아미드, 메타크릴아미드, 2-클로로아크릴아미드, 에폭시, 이타콘산 에스테르, 비닐 옥시, 비닐 에스테르, 스티렌 유도체, 실록산, 에틸렌이민 유도체, 말레산 2-페닐아크릴아미드 유도체, 푸마르산 유도체 또는 신남산 유도체와 같은 가교결합성 그룹이고; S1및 S2는 -(CY2)m-, -O(CY2)m-. -(CY2)mO-, -(CY2)mCOO-, -(CY2)mOOC-, -(Si[(CH3)2]O)m-, -OCH2(Si[(CH3)2]O)mSi-[(CH3)2]CH2O- 또는 -NHCH2(Si[(CH3)2]O)mSi[(CH3)2]CH2NH-이고; Y는수소, 불소 또는 메틸이고; a는 0또는 1이고; b는 1 또는 2이나, 단 a와 b의 합은 2이며; m은 1 내지 16이고; A1및 A2는 각각 독립적으로 할로겐, 시아노, 메틸, 메톡시 및/또는 아세틸에 의해 임의로 일치환 또는 다치환되는 1,4-페닐렌; 피리딘-2,5-디일, 피리미딘-2,5-디일, 트랜스-1,4-사이클로핵실렌 또는 트랜스-1,3-디옥산-2,5-디일이고; Z1및 Z2는 각각 독립적으로 단일결합, -CH2CH2-, -OCH2-, -CH20-, -COO-, -OOC-, -(CH2)4-, -O(CH2)3- 또는 (CH2)3O

Claims (12)
- 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물;상기 식에서, R1및 R2는 각각 독립적으로 메틸, 메톡시, 시아노 및/ 또는 할로겐에 의해 임의로 치환되는 에틸렌, 아크릴에이트, 메타크릴레이트, 2-클로로아크릴레이트, 2-페닐아크릴레이트, 아클릴로일페닐렌, 아크릴아미드, 메타크릴아미드, 2-클로로아크릴아미드, 2-페닐아크릴아미드, 에폭시, 이타콘산 에스테르, 비닐 옥시, 비닐 에스테르, 스티렌 유도체, 실록산, 에티렌이민 유도체, 말레산 유도체, 푸마르산 유도체 또는 신남산 유도체와 같은 가교결합성 그룹이고; S1및 S2는 -(CY2)m-, -O(CY2)m-. -(CY2)mO-, -(CY2)mCOO-, -(CY2)mOOC-, -(Si[(CH3)2]O)m-, -OCH2(Si[(CH3)2]O)mSi-[(CH3)2]CH2O- 또는 -NHCH2(Si[(CH3)2]O)mSi[(CH3)2]CH2NH-이고; Y는수소, 불소 또는 메틸이고; a는 0또는 1이고; b는 1 또는 2이나, 단 a와 b의 합은 2이며; m은 1 내지 16이고; A1및 A2는 각각 독립적으로 할로겐, 시아노, 메틸, 메톡시 및/또는 아세틸에 의해 임의로 일치환 또는 다치환되는 1,4-페닐렌; 피리딘-2,5-디일, 피리미딘-2,5-디일, 트랜스-1,4-사이클로핵실렌 또는 트랜스-1,3-디옥산-2,5-디일이고; Z1및 Z2는 각각 독립적으로 단일결합, -CH2CH2-, -OCH2-, -CH20-, -COO-, -OOC-, -(CH2)4-, -O(CH2)3- 또는 (CH2)3O-이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 나프틸 고리가 1 및 5번 위치 또는 1 및 4번 위치에서 Z1및 Z2와 결합하는 화합물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, R1및 R2가 동일한 의미를 갖는 화합물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, R1및 R2가 아크릴레이트, 메타크릴레이트, 2-클로로아크릴레이트, 2-페닐아크릴레이트, 비닐옥시 또는 에폭시인 화합물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, S1및 S2가 동일한 의미를 갖는 화합물.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, Z1및 Z2가 동일한 의미를 갖고, -OCH2-, -CH2O-, -COO- 또는 -OOC-인 화합물.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 고리 A1및 A2가 동일한 의미를 갖고, 1,4-페닐렌 또는 2- 또는 3-플루오로-1,4-페닐렌인 화합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 하기 일반식(Ⅰ-A) 및 (Ⅰ-B)의 화합물인 화합물;상기 식에서, R은 아크릴레이트, 메타크릴레이트, 2-클로로아크릴레이트, 2-페닐라크릴레이트, 비닐옥시 또는 에폭시이고; S는 -(CH2)m-, -O(CH2)m- 또는 -(CH2)mO-DLRH; m′는 4 내지 12이고; A는 1,4-페닐렌 또는 2- 또는 3-플루오르-1,4-페닐렌이고; Z는 -OCH2- 또는 -OOC-이다.
- 하나 이상의 성분이 제1항에 정의된 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물인, 2개 이상의 성분으로 구성된 가교결합성 혼합물.
- 제9항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물 이외에, 하기 그룹중 하나 이상의 화합물을 함유하는 가교결합성 혼합물;상기 식에서, p는 2 내지 12이고; R3및 R4는 각각 독립적으로 탄소원자수 2 내지 12개의 알킬 또는 알케닐이고; X는 소수, 저급 알킬, 불소, 브롬, 염소 또는 시아노이고; m′는 4 내지 12이고; *는 키랄 중심이다.
- 가교결합된 상태로 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 따르는 화합물을 광학 소자에 사용하는 용도.
- 가교결합된 상태로 제9항 내지 제10항에 따르는 가교결합성 액정 혼합물을광학 소자에 사용하는 용도.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
