Abstract

부품 점수가 적고 부품 제조가 용이하여 비용의 저렴화 및 확실한 방범효과를 갖는 장치를 제공하기 위해, 탄성을 가진 금속 키 로크 컬러는 비원통형으로 형성되고 스티어링 축의 외주면과 키 로크 컬러의 내주면은 서로에 대해 탄성적이다. 베어링부로 구성된 마찰 결합부의 작용에 의해, 키 로크 컬러와 스티어링 축의 상대회전에 요하는 토오크는 크게 된다.

제1도는 본 발명의 제1실시예를 나타내는, 제13도의 선 XⅣ-XⅣ를 따라 취한 단면에 상당하는 도면, 제2도는 성능시험에 사용되는 키 로크 컬러(key lock collar)를 제1도와 동일한 위치에서 절단하여 나타내는 단면도, 제5도는 성능시험의 결과의 제1예를 나타내는 그래프, 제12도는 본발명의 제7실시예를 주요부의 사시도, 제13도는 본 발명의 대상이 되는 스티어링 로크장치를 나타내는 종단측면도.

Claims (4)

  1. 후단부에 스티어링 휠을 장착한 스티어링 축과, 그 안쪽에 이 스티어링 축을 회전가능하게 지지하는 스티어링 컬럼과, 상기 스티어링 축의 중간부외주면에 장착한 키 로크 컬러와, 이 키 로크 컬러에 형성한 걸림구멍과, 상기 스티어링 컬럼에 장착한 키실린더 및, 로크조작에 근거하여 이 키실린더로부터 상기 스티어링 컬럼의 단면의 직경방향 내쪽으로 돌출하여, 그 전단부를 상기 걸림구멍과 결합시키는로크 핀을 구비한 스티어링 로크장치에 있어서, 상기 스트어링 축의 중간부외주면과, 키 로크 컬러의 내주면의 일부와는, 상호 탄성적으로 접촉하는 마찰결합부를 구성하며, 상기 마찰결합부를 구성하는 외주면과 내주면의 하나는 비원형으로, 다른 하나는 원형으로 각각 형성되고, 상기 키 로크 컬러 및 스티어링 축이 둘다 자유상태인 경우에, 상기 내주면의 최대 내접원의 직경은 외주면의 최소외접원의 직경보다도 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 스티어링 로크장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 스티어링 축의 외주면은 원형히고, 키 로크 컬러의 내주면을 비원형인 것을 특징으로 하는 스트어링 로크장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 스티어링 축의 외주면은 비원형이고, 키 로크 컬러의 내주면은 원형인 것을 특징으로 하는 스티어링 로크장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비원형 형상은 타원원, 삼각형 또는 사각형인 것을 특징으로 하는 스티어링 로크장치.
