Abstract
폴리에스터 97~99.99%와 폴리에스터 엘라스토머 3~0.01%로 된 폴리에스터 조성물로부터 성형된 병으로서, 병을 23℃에서 2.5 가스용적의 탄산가스를 함유하는 청량음료로 충전 후, 70℃로 가열된 온욕조내에서 밀봉상태로 침지시키는 온욕조시험 완료시 병의 높이 방향으로 5% 이하, 벽부직경방향으로 5% 이하의 칫수변동률을 나타내며, 적어도 10°의 전도각을 가지므로, 탄산음료를 충전하고 가열살균 처리하더라도 변형되지 않고 자립특성을 유지한다.

제1도는 본 발명에 의한 폴리에스터 조성물 병의 1예의 일부절취 개략 정면도, 제2(A)도는 본 발명에 의한 폴리에스터 조성물 병의 다른예(5피드형 병)의 개략 정면도, 제2(B)도는 상기 다른 예의 개략 저면도, 제3도는 병의 전도각을 측정하기 위한 장치의 개략 설명도.
Claims (13)
- 폴리에스터 97~99.99중량%와 폴리에스터 엘라스토머 3~0.01중량%로 구성된 폴리에스터 조성물로부터 일체로 성형되며, 탄산음료를 담을 수 있으며, 자립특성을 갖는 것이 특징인 병.
- 제1항에 있어서, 23℃에서 2.5가스용적의 탄산가스를 함유하는 청량음료로 충전 후 밀봉된 상태에서 70℃로 가열된 온욕조에 1시간동안 침지시켜 행한 온욕조시험 후, 높이방향과 벽부분 직경방향 변동률이 하기 기준에 합치되는 것이 특징인 병.기준 1탄산음료가 충전된 병은 그의 높이 방향으로 5% 이하, 벽부직경 방향으로 5%이하의 칫수변동률을 나타낼 것.기준 2적어도 10°의 전도각을 가질것.
- 제1항에 있어서, 목, 벽중앙부 및 하부중앙부의 결정화도가 15~60%인 것이 특징인 병.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, R이 병의 하부중앙부와 하부주변부간의 거리를 나타낼 경우, (i) 하부중앙부에서 7/10R까지의 구역에서 병의 결정화도가 15~60%이고, (ⅱ) 하부중앙부에서 7/10R로부터 하부중앙부에서 9/10R까지의 구역에서 병의 가열결정화도가 1~25% 배향결정화도가 10~35%이고, 가열결정화도와 배향결정화도의 합이 15~60이고, (ⅲ) 하부중앙부에서 9/10R로부터 하부주면부(하부중앙부에서 10/10R)까지의 구역에서 병의 결정화도가 15~60%인 것이 특징인 병.
- 제1~4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에스터 조성물이 등온결정화법(140℃)에 따라 시차주사열량계로 측정하여 결정화시간의 절반 “t 1/2”이 150초 이하인 것이 특징인 병.
- 제1~5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 병의 벽부 중앙부의 헤이즈값이 5% 이하인 것이 특징인 병.
- 제1~6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 그의 하부에 다리를 갖는 자립병인 것이 특징인 병.
- 폴리에스터 97~99.99중량%와 폴리에스터 엘라스토머 3~0.01중량%로 된 폴리에스터 조성물을 예비성형품으로 성형하는 것을 포함하는 폴리에스터 조성물 병 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 예비성형품을 연신블로우성형하고, 그에 의해 얻어진 병 하부의 결정화도가 15~60%인 것이 특징인 폴리에스터 조성물 병 제조방법.
- 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 상기 예비성형품을 연신 블로우성형 전에 목부분의 결정화도가 15~60%가 되도록 가열하는 것이 특징인 폴리에스터 조성물 병 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 예비성형품을 연신비 6~15로 연신블로우성형하는 것이 특징인 폴리에스터 조성물 병 제조방법.
- 제9 또는 10항에 있어서, 상기 예비성형품을 연신 연신블로우성형 후 적어도 1초 동안 110~170℃로 가열된 주형내에서 열처리하는 것이 특징인 폴리에스터 조성물 병 제조방법.
- 제8~12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 병이 그의 하부에 다리를 갖는 자립 병인 것이 특징인 폴리에스터 조성물로부터 병 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
