Abstract

본 발명은 맥반석을 이용한 계란구이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 장기보존가능하고 담백한 맛을 가지는 계란 가공 식품을 만들기 위하여 신선한 계란을 130~160℃의 맥반석 위에서 4~7시간동안 가열하여 계란 내의 수분 및 유해물질의 함량을 감소시킴으로서 소비자들이 언제든지 손쉽게 취식할 수 있으며 담백한 맛을 느낄 수 있도록 한 맥반석을 이용한 계란구이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 계란의 구이방법에 있어서, 히터로 맥반석을 가열하여 그 맥반석의 온도를 130~160℃로 유지한 다음 이 맥반석 위에 신선한 계란을 올려놓고 4~7시간동안 가열함을 특징으로 계란구이 방법.
  2. 히터로 맥반석을 가열하여 그 맥반석의 온도를 130~160℃로 유지한 다음 이 맥반석 위에 신선한 계란을 올려놓고 4~7시간동안 가열하여 제조된 구이계란.
