Abstract
난방 및 냉방을 실행하는 히트펌프 공기조화기에 관한 것으로써, 실외공기온도가 -15℃미만에서도 난방운전이 가능한 공기열원 히트펌프 공기조화기를 제공하기 위해, 스크롤형 압축기, 사방밸브, 실내공기 열교환기, 리시버, 실외냉매 제어밸브, 실외공기열교환기를 순차 배관접속하고, 그리고 스크롤형 압축기로 액체냉매를 인젝션하는 바이패스유로를 리시버와 스크롤형 압축기사이에 액체인젝션 냉매제어밸브를 거쳐서 마련하고, 또 스크롤형 압축기를 가변속형으로 하고 회전수 제어장치에 의해 스크롤형 압축기를 고속운전하는 것에 의해 고난방 능력을 얻을 수 있다.
상기에 의해, 실외온도가 -15℃미만에서도 특히 -20℃정도에서도 실외공기온도가 0℃인 경우와 동일한 난방능력을 발휘하는 히트펌프식 공기조화기가 얻어지고, 또 난방냉방에 필요한 비용이 난방에 등유를 사용하여 냉방에 냉동사이클을 사용하는 공기조화기가 동등한 공기열원 히트펌프 공기조화기가 얻어지며, 또 이 공기조화기의 1차에너지로 환산한 에너지 소비를 시산하면 종래보다 에너지를 절약할 수 있다.

Claims (8)
- 적어도 열원측 열교환기, 감압장치, 이용측 열교환기, 스크롤형 압축기를 순차 접속해서 냉동사이클을 구성하고, 상기 스크롤형 압축기의 압축기구부로 액체 냉매를 인젝션하는 냉매회로를 마련한 것을 특징으로 하는 한냉지용 히트펌프 공기조화기.
- -15℃미만의 실외공기온도의 실외공기에서 열에너지를 끌어올려 난방 운전하는 한냉지용 히트펌프 공기조화기로써, 적어도 열원측 열교환기, 감압장치, 이용측 열교환기, 스크롤형 압축기를 순차 접속해서 냉동사이클을 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는한냉지용 히트펌프 공기조화기.
- -15℃미만의 실외공기온도의 실외공기에서 열에너지를 끌어올려 난방 운전하는 한냉지용 히트펌프 공기조화기로써, 적어도 열원측 열교환기, 감압장치, 이용측 열교환기, 스크롤형 압축기를 순차 접속해서 냉동사이클을 구성하고, 상기 스크롤형 압축기의 압축기구부로 이 냉동사이클중을 순환하는 액체냉매의 일부를 인젝션하는 냉매회로를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 한냉지용 히트펌프 공기조화기.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 스크롤형 압축기는 회전수가변의 스크롤형 압축기이고, 이 스크롤형 압축기의 회전수 제어장치를 마련한 것을 특징으로 하는 한냉지용 히트펌프 공기조화기.
- 실외공기를 열원으로 하여 실외공기온도가 -15℃미만에서 난방운전하는 공기열원 히트펌프 공기조화기로써, 적어도 실외공기 열교환기, 전동식 냉매제어밸브, 실내열교환기, 사방밸브, 스크롤형 압축기를 순차 배관 접속해서 냉동사이클을 구성하고, 상기 실외열교환기로 외기를 송풍하는 실외송풍기, 상기 실내열교환기로 실내공기를 송풍하는 실내송풍기, 상기 스크롤형 압축기의 압축기구부로 상기 냉동사이클내를 순환하는 액체냉매를 인젝션하는 액체냉매 인젝션회로, 상기 스크롤형 압축기의 회전수를 제어하는 압축기 회전수 제어장치, 상기 실의송풍기의 회전수를 제어하는 실외송풍기 회전수 제어장치, 상기 실내송풍기의 회전수를 제어하는 실내송풍기 회전수 제어 장치 및 상기 전동식 냉매제어밸브의 열린정도를 제어하는 냉매제어밸브 제어장치를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 한냉지용 히트펌프 공기조화기.
- 제5항에 있어서, 적어도 상기 실외공기 열교환기 및 상기 스크롤형 압축기로 실외유닛을 구성하고, 적어도 실내공기 열교환기 및 실내송풍기로 실내유닛을 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 한냉지용 히트펌프 공기조화기.
- 제6항에 있어서, 1대의 상기 실외유닛과 여러개의 상기 실내유닛을 조합하는 것에 의해 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 한냉지용 히트펌프 공기조화기.
- 실외공기를 열원으로 하여 실외공기온도가 -15℃미만에서 난방운전되는 한냉지용 히트펌프 공기조화기로써, 적어도 실외공기 열교환기, 전동식 냉매제어밸브, 사방밸브, 스크롤형 압축기를 순차 배관 접속해서 형성된 제1의 루프, 실내열교환기와 열매체 반송장치를 순차 배관접속해서 형성된 제2의 루프 및 상기 제1의 루프를 순환하는 냉매와 상기 제2의 루프를 순환하는 유체의 열교환을 실행하는 중간 열교환기를 구비하고, 상기 스크롤형 압축기의 압축기구부로 상기 제1의 루프를 순환하는 액체냉매를 인젝션하는 냉매회로를 마련한 것을 특징으로 하는 한냉지용 히트펌프 공기조화기.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
