Abstract

본 발명은 타이어 고무조성물에 관한 것으로, 특히 내피로성을 증가시킨 타이어 가황 고무조성물에 관한 것이다.
본 발명은 불포화도 0.5 내지 1.0몰%의 부틸고무 약 40 내지 60중량부와 불포화도 1.0 내지 2.0몰%인 부틸고무 40 내지 60중량부를 블랜드하고, 통상적인 첨가제와 함께 연화제로 칼슘비누와 포화지방산의 아미드의 혼합물을 0.1 내지 1.0중량부를 첨가하여 제조됨을 특징으로 하는 타이어 가황용 브래더 고무 조성물이다.
본 발명에 의해 인장물성, 스코치안정성, 고무흐름성 및 내피로성등이 종래의 가황 고무조성물 보다 증가되는 것으로 나타났다.

Claims (1)

  1. 불포화도 0.5 내지 1.0몰%의 부틸고무 약 40 내지 60중량부와 불포화도 1.0 내지 2.0몰%인 부틸고무 40 내지 60중량부를 블랜드하고, 통상적인 첨가제와 함께 연화제로 칼슘비누와 포화지방산의 아미드의 혼합물을 0.1 내지 1.0중량부를 첨가하여 제조됨을 특징으로 하는 타이어 가황용 브래더 고무 조성물.
