Abstract

본 발명은 제1틀과 제2틀 사이에 가식 시이트를 끼워 넣어 엠보스를 형성하는 공정과, 상기 제1틀과 제2틀 사이에 형성된 공간에 수지를 사출 하고, 수지에 의한 성형품과 상기 가식 시이트를 일체로 형성하는 공정을 갖는 시이트 버튼 판넬 형성방법으로서, 상기 가식 시이트를 가열하고, 상기 제1틀과 상기 제2틀의 한쪽만이 이 가식 시이트에 접하여 엠보스 형상을 전사하는 시이트 버튼 판넬 형성 방법을 제안한다.
본 발명의 목적은, 가식 시이트의 엠보스 경계면에 주름이 잡히는 결점을 없애고, 또한 가식 시이트의 인쇄면에 흠집이 나는 것을 방지할 수 있는 시이트 버튼 판넬 형성방법을 제공하는 것에 있다.

Claims (4)

  1. 제1틀과 제2틀의 사이에 가식 시이트를 끼워 넣어 엠보스를 형성하는 공정과, 상기 제1틀과 제2틀의 사이에 형성된 공간에 수지를 사출하고, 수지와 상기 가식 시이트가 일체화 된 시이트 버튼 판넬을 형성하는 공정을 갖는 시이트 버튼 판넬 형성방법이며, 상기 가식 시이트를 가열하고, 상기 제1틀과 상기 제2틀의 한쪽만이 가식 시이트에 접하여 엠보스 형상을 전사하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시이트 버튼 판넬 형성방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가식 시이트로의 엠보스 형상의 전사는 상기 제1틀 또는 상기 제2틀이 가식 시이트의 모양이 인쇄 되어 있지 않은 면에 당접 하는 것에 의해 행해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 시이트 버튼 판넬 형성방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가식 시이트에 대한 가열은 상기 제1틀 및 제2틀의 적어도 한쪽에 설치된 히터에 의해 행해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 시이트 버튼 판넬 형성방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1틀 또는 제2틀 내에는 공기의 유통로를 설치하고, 상기 가식 시이트로의 가열은 가열된 공기에 의해 행해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 시이트 버튼 판넬 형성방법.
