Abstract

고속 회전시에 있어서의 절삭 공구와 코렛척과의 미끄럼 발생을 방지하고, 절삭 공구의 탈락을 확실히 방지한다.
치과용 절삭 공구(3)가 자유로이 착탈 삽입되고, 곧은 원통상의 통부와 이 통부에 연결되어 주방향으로 분할되는 복수의 원호 상단면을 가지는 분할편(56a ,56b ,56c)이 형성되는 코렛척(36)과 코렛척(36)이 삽입되고, 이 코렛척(36)과 함께 회전 축선(8) 주위를 따라서 회전 구동되는 회전체(4)와, 코렛척(36)과 회전체(4) 사이에 개재되고 코렛척(36)에 대한 축선 방향(8)의 한쪽(B2)으로의 변위에 의하여 각 분할편 (56a ~ 56c)을 반경방향의 안쪽으로 압압하고, 또 축선방향(8)의 다른쪽(B1)으로서의 변위에 의하여 상기 반경 방향 안쪽으로의 압압 상태를 해제하는 체결 부재(35)를 구비한다. 각 분할편(56a ~ 56c)에는 요부(61,62)와 축선 방향으로 뻗은 철부(66)를 각각 형성한다.

Claims (7)

  1. 치과용 절삭 공구가 자유로이 착탈 삽입되고, 직(곧은)원통상의 통부와, 이 통부에 연결되어 주방향으로 분할된 복수의 원호상 단면을 가지는 분할편이 형성되는 코렛척과, 코렛척이 삽입되고 회전축선 주위를 따라서 상기 코렛척과 함께 회전 구동되는 회전체와, 이 코렛척과 회전체 사이에 개재되어 코렛척에 대한 축선 방향의 한쪽으로의 변위에 의하여 각 분할편을 반경 방향의 안쪽으로 압압하고, 또 축선 방향의 다른쪽으로의 변위에 의하여 상기 반경 방향의 안쪽으로의 압압 상태를 해제하는 체결 부재를 포함하고, 각 분할편에는 삽입되는 절삭 공구의 외주면보다는 반경 방향 바깥쪽으로 퇴피한 요부와 이 요부의 내주면에서 반경 방향 안쪽으로 돌출하여 축선 방향으로 뻗은 철부가 각각 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 치과용 철삭 공구의 파지 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 각 철부는 회전체는 회전 방향 상류측의 단부쪽으로 각 분할편에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 치과용 절삭 공구의 파지 장치.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 각 철부에는 코렛척의 축선 방향으로 간격을 두고 복수의 절제부가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 치과용 절삭 공구의 파지 장치.
  4. 치과용 절삭 공구를 자유로이 착탈할 수 있도록 지지하는 핸드피스의 헤드하우징에 설치되는 조작 부재를 손가락으로 치과용 절삭 공구의 축선 방향으로 압압하여 치과용 절삭 공구의 구속을 해제하는 구성의 치과용 절삭 공구의 파지 장치에 있어서, 조작 부재의 압압면이 요면상으로 만곡해서 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 치과용 절삭 공구의 파지 장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 조작 부재의 압압면의 전면이 곡률 반경 25~35㎜의 요면으로 형성되는 것으 특징으로 하는 치과용 절삭 공구의 파지 장치.
  6. 치과용 절삭 공구가 자유로이 착탈삽입되고 직(곧은)원통상의 통부와, 이통부에 연결되어 주방향으로 분할된 복수의 원호상 단면을 가지는 분할편이 형성되는 코렛척과, 코렛척이 삽입되고, 회전 축선 주위를 따라서 상기 코랫척과 함께 회전 구동되는 회전체와, 코렛척과 회전체 사이에 개재되어 코렛척에 대한 축선 방향의 한쪽으로의 변위에 의하여 각 분할편을 반경 방향의 안쪽으로 압압하고, 또 축선 방향의 다른쪽으로의 변위에 의하여 상기 반경 방향의 안쪽으로의 압압 상태를 해제하는 체결 부재와, 상기 코렛척, 회전체 및 체결부재가 수납되는 중공 통상의 헤드 하우징과, 헤드 하우징의 축선 방향의 다른쪽의 단부에 설치되어 손가락으로 축선방향으로 압압하여 치과용 절삭 공구의 구속을 해제하는 조작 부재를 포함하고, 조작 부재의 압압면이 요면상으로 만곡하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 치과용 절삭 공구의 파지 장치.
  7. 제4항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 헤드 하우징에는 그 내부 공간에 이르러서 개방되고 또 상호 연통하는 제1 및 제2환상요홈과 제1 및 제2환상요홈중 헤드 하우징의 하면쪽으로 형성되는 어느 한쪽에는 절삭 공수의 선단부쪽으로 갈수록 반경 방향의 안쪽으로 경사지고, 제1및 제2환상요홈에 각각 개별적으로 공급되는 제1및 제2유체 또는 그 혼합 유체를 분사하는 분사공이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 치과용 절삭 공구의 파지 장치.
