Abstract

본 발명은 하기 일반식의 화합물을 포함하는 항균 조성물에 관한 것이다.
상기 식에서, R은 탄소원자 분포가 탄소수 약 8 내지 18인 알킬 그룹이고, 이중 약 40 내지 60중량%가 탄소수 약 12인 알킬 그룹이고, X는 수소 또는 할라이드이다.
본 발명의 항균 조성물은 약 5℃ 미만에서 보관안정성이고, 또한 바람직하게는 인화점이 약 38℃ 미만이다. 상기 일반식의 알킬 구아니딘 할라이드 염 약 25 내지 35중량%, 용매 약 10 내지 60중량% 및 물 약 10 내지 65중량%를 포함하는 항균 조성물을 생성하는 항균 조성물의 제조방법이 기술되어 있다.

Claims (12)

  1. 하기 일반식의 화합물을 포함하는 항균 조성물.
    상기 식에서, R은 탄소원자 분포가 탄소수 약 8 내지 18인 알킬 그룹이고, 이중 약 40 내지 60중량%가 탄소수 약 12의 알킬 그룹이고, X는 수소이거나, 클로라이드, 브로마이드, 플루오라이드 및 요오다이드로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 할라이드이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 약 5℃ 미만의 온도에서 보관 안정성인 항균 조성물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 인화점이 약 38℃ 이상인 항균 조성물.
  4. 하기 일반식의 알킬 구아니딘 약 25 내지 35중량%, 용매 약 10 내지 60중량% 및 물 약 10 내지 65중량%를 포함하는, 약 5℃ 미만의 온도에서 보관 안정성인 항균 조성물.
    상기 식에서, R은 탄소쇄 길이 분포가 탄소수 약 8 내지 18인 알킬 그룹이고, 이중 약 40 내지 60중량%가 탄소수 약 12의 탄소쇄를 갖는 알킬 그룹이고, X는 수소이거나, 클로라이드, 브로마이드, 플루오라이드 및 요오다이드로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 할라이드이다.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 용매가 탄소수 3 이상인 탄소쇄 길이를 갖는 알콜 및 글리콜로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 조성물.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 코코 아민 및 하이드로겐 시안아미드로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 약 1 내지 5중량%의 미반응 출발물질을 포함하는 조성물.
  7. 제4항에 있어서, 용매가 디프로필렌 글리콜이고 인화점이 약 38℃ 이상인 조성물.
  8. 알킬 그룹이, 탄소쇄 길이 분포가 탄소수 약 8 내지 18이고 이중 약 40 내지 60중량%가 탄소수 12의 탄소쇄를 갖는 공업 등급 알킬 아민을 반응기 속에서 용매와 혼합하여 알킬 아민과 용매와의 혼합물을 형성시키는 단계(a), 알킬 아민 용매 혼합물에 염산을 부가하고, 이때 중화열에 의해 반응기가 약 22 내지 95℃로 가온되는 단계(b), 알킬 아민, 용매, 염산 및 하이드로겐 시안아미드 혼합물을 약 75 내지 95℃로 유지시키기에 충분한 속도로 염산을 반응기에 부가하는 단계(c), 단계(c)의 혼합물의 온도를 약 75 내지 95℃에서 약 4시간 동안 유지시키는 단계(d), 단계(d)의 혼합물을 약 30℃ 미만으로 냉각시키는 단계(e), 충분량의 용매를 가하여 단계(e)의 혼합물을 희석시키는 단계(f) 및 단계(f)의 혼합물의 pH를 1.0 미만으로 조정하는 단계(g)를 포함하여, 약 5℃ 미만에서 보관 안정성인 항균 조성물을 제조하는 방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 단계(e) 이후에 충분량의 물을 가하여 단계(e)의 혼합물을 희석시킴을 포함하는 방법.
  10. 제8항에 있어서, 공업 등급 알킬 아민이 증류된 코코아민인 방법
  11. 제8항에 있어서, 용매가 탄소수 3 이상의 탄소쇄 길이를 갖는 알콜 및 글리콜로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 용매가 디프로필렌 글리콜인 방법.
