Abstract

본 발명은 전지의 내압 측정장치에 관한 것으로서 보다 상세하게는 전지가 충/방전하는 동안에 발생하는 전지 내부의 압력을 측정할 수 있도록 하며 또한 충/방전하는 사이에 발생하는 개스를 채집하여 분석함으로써 양극, 음극 또는 전해액에서 누액이 발생하는지를 원할히 파악하도록 하여 전지의 성능향상을 도모할 수 있는 전지의 내압 측정장치에 관한 것이다.
특징적인 구성으로는 전지를 충/방전시키기 위한 충/방전부와, 상기 충/방전부를 통해 전지가 충/방전되는 동안 전지의 내압을 측저하기 위한 내압 측정 센서부와,상기 내압 측정 센서부의 감지신호를 디지탈신호로 변환하기 위한 A/D변환부와, 상기 A/D변환부의 디지탈 신호를 컴퓨터의 입력에 적당하게 제어하기 위한 디지탈신호제어부와, 상기 디지탈 신호제어부의 출력신호를 기록하여 데이터 베이스화시키기 위한 컴퓨터로 구성함에 있으며, 전지의 내부 압력 및 과충전상태를 감지하기 위해 상기 내압 측정 센서부가 연결되는 전지(1)와의 사이에 중간 밸브를 연결하여 아르곤이나 질소를 충진시킨 개스 채집부를 결합시켜 구성함에 있다.

Claims (3)

  1. 전지(1)를 충/방전시키기 위한 충/방전부(3)와, 상기 충/방전부를 통해 전지가 충/방전되는 동안 전지의 내압을 측정하기 위한 내압 측정 센서부(5)와, 상기 내압 측정 센서부의 감지신호를 디지탈신호로 변환하기 위한 A/D변환부(9)와, 상기 A/D변환부의 디지탈 신호를 컴퓨터의 입력에 적당하게 제어하기 위한 디지탈신호제어부(11)와, 상기 디지탈 신호제어부의 출력신호를 기록하여 데이터 베이스화시키기 위한 컴퓨터(13)로 구성하여 컴퓨터에 의해 데이터를 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지의 내압 측정장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 내압측정센서부(5)가 연결되는 전지(1)와의 사이에 중간 밸브(17)를 연결하여 전지의 내부 압력 및 과충전상태를 감지하기 위한 개스 채집부(15)를 결합시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 전지의 내압 측정장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 개스 채집부(15)에는 아르곤(Ar)이나 질소(N2)를 충진시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 전지의 내압 측정장치.
