Abstract

권사체의 감기가 끝난 실 끝이 자연적으로 풀려서 발생하는 폐해를, 실 끝을 고정함으로써 방지하는데 있어서, 간단한 기구로 정확하고 확실하게 실 끝을 고정하고, 권사체의 사용 시에는 실 끝을 간단히 끄집어 내는, 실 끝 처리방법과 실 끝 처리를 한 권사체, 및 실 끝 처리장치를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
패키지(P) 등의 권사체 표층의 실 끝(YE)에, 꼬임을 부여하고, 꼬임에 의한 실 끝 전체의 회전력으로, 권사체 표층사 부분으로서의 필라멘트(f)나 모 보푸라기(h)를 휘감고, 필라멘트(f) 마 보풀(h)에 실 끝(YE)을 감아 고정한다. 실 끝 처리를 위해, 흡인한 실 끝(YE)에, 선회류로 꼬임을 부여하는 꼬아 거는 노즐(1B)로 이루어지는 실 끝 처리장치(1)를 설치한다.

Claims (7)

  1. 권사체 표층의 실 끝에 꼬임을 부여해, 꼬임에 의한 실 끝 회전으로, 권사체 표층사 부분을 붙들어 묶고, 표층사 부분을 실 끝에 둘러 감아서 고정하는 실 끝 처리방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 권사체의 실 끝에 선회류로 꼬임을 부여하는 꼬아 거는 노즐로 이루어지는, 실 끝 처리방법을 실시하기 위한 실 끝 처리장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 권사체의 실 끝을 흡인하는 노즐과, 상기한 흡인한 실 끝에 선회류로 꼬임을 부여하는 꼬아 거는 노즐로 이루어지는, 실 끝 처리 방법을 실시하기 위한 실 끝 처리장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 권사체를 감는 방향으로 회전시켜서 권사체 표층의 실 끝을 포착하고, 상기한 반대방향 회전을 계속해서 실 끝을 품과 동시에, 상기한 붙잡은 실 끝에 꼬임을 부여하면서 상기한 반대방향 회전을 소정량 계속하는 실 끝 처리방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 실 끝 처리를 하기 전에, 권사체의 표층에 봉건을 실시하는 실 끝 처리방법.
  6. 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 실 끝 처리장치를 보빈 홀더와 대응하는 위치에 장착한 방사 권취기.
  7. 권사체의 실 줄기를 형성하는 필라멘트, 또는 권사체의 보풀을 실 끝으로 감아 들여 고정하는 실 끝 처리를 한 권사체.
