Abstract
본 발명은 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 에스큘레틴 유도체 또는 그의 염에 관한 것이다.
상기 식에서, R1및 R2는 각각 독립적으로 -CON(R4)R5, 단당류잔기, 또는 아실화된 단당류잔기이고, R1또는 R2중 하나 이상은 -CON(R4)R5이고; R4및 R5는 각각 독립적으로 수소원자, 수산기 알킬기, 아릴기 또는 아르알킬기이거나, 또는 R4및 R5는 그들이 결합되어 있는 질소원자와 함께 3 내지 7원의 포화지환족 아미노를 형성하고; R3은 -COOR8, 수소원자, 수산기, 알킬기, 아릴기, 또는 아르알킬기이고, R3의 결합위치는 3 또는 4위치이고; R8은 수소원자 또는 알킬기이다.
상기 에스큘레틴 유도체는 매트릭스메탈로프로테이나제 저해활성을 갖는다.

Claims (5)
- 하기 일반식 (Ⅰ)의 에스큘레틴 유도체 또는 그의 염;상기 식에서, R1및 R2는 각각 독립적으로 -CON(R4)R5, 단당류잔기, 또는 아실화된 단당류잔기이고, R1또는 R2중 하나 이상은 -CON(R4)R5이고; R4및 R5는 각각 독립적으로 수소원자, 수산기 알킬기, 아릴기 또는 아르알킬기이거나, 또는 R4및 R5는 그들이 결합되어 있는 질소원자와 함께 3 내지 7원의 포화지환족 아미노를 형성하고; R3은 -COOR8, 수소원자, 수산기, 알킬기, 아릴기, 또는 아르알킬기이고, R3의 결합위치는 3 또는 4위치이고; R8은 수소원자 또는 알킬기이다.
- 하기 일반식 (XⅠ)의 화합물, 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물, 또는 하기 일반식(Ⅱ')의 화합물과 하기 일반삭 (X)의 화합물을 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는, 제1항에 따른 일반식(Ⅰ)의 에스큘레틴 유도체 또는 그의 염의 제조방법;상기 식에서, -COOR8, 수소원자, 수산기, 알킬기, 아릴기, 또는 아르알킬기이고; R8은 수소원자 또는 알킬기이고; R6은 단당류 잔기 또는 아실화된 단당류 잔기이고; X는 할로겐기이고; R4및 R5는 각각 독립적으로 수소원자, 수산기, 알킬기, 아릴기, 또는 아르알킬기이거나, 또는 R4및 R5는 그들이 결합되여 있는 질소원자와 함께 3내지 7원의 포화지환족 아미노기를 형성한다.
- 제1항에 따른 일반식(Ⅰ)의 에스큘레틴 유도체 또는 약제학적으로 허용가능한 그의 염을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 약학조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 매트릭스메탈프로테이나제 저해제인 약학조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 관절중 치료제인 약학조성물.※ 참고사항:최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
