Abstract

본 발명은 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 에스큘레틴 유도체 또는 그의 염에 관한 것이다.
상기 식에서, R1및 R2는 각각 독립적으로 -CON(R4)R5, 단당류잔기, 또는 아실화된 단당류잔기이고, R1또는 R2중 하나 이상은 -CON(R4)R5이고; R4및 R5는 각각 독립적으로 수소원자, 수산기 알킬기, 아릴기 또는 아르알킬기이거나, 또는 R4및 R5는 그들이 결합되어 있는 질소원자와 함께 3 내지 7원의 포화지환족 아미노를 형성하고; R3은 -COOR8, 수소원자, 수산기, 알킬기, 아릴기, 또는 아르알킬기이고, R3의 결합위치는 3 또는 4위치이고; R8은 수소원자 또는 알킬기이다.
상기 에스큘레틴 유도체는 매트릭스메탈로프로테이나제 저해활성을 갖는다.

Claims (5)

  1. 하기 일반식 (Ⅰ)의 에스큘레틴 유도체 또는 그의 염;
    상기 식에서, R1및 R2는 각각 독립적으로 -CON(R4)R5, 단당류잔기, 또는 아실화된 단당류잔기이고, R1또는 R2중 하나 이상은 -CON(R4)R5이고; R4및 R5는 각각 독립적으로 수소원자, 수산기 알킬기, 아릴기 또는 아르알킬기이거나, 또는 R4및 R5는 그들이 결합되어 있는 질소원자와 함께 3 내지 7원의 포화지환족 아미노를 형성하고; R3은 -COOR8, 수소원자, 수산기, 알킬기, 아릴기, 또는 아르알킬기이고, R3의 결합위치는 3 또는 4위치이고; R8은 수소원자 또는 알킬기이다.
  2. 하기 일반식 (XⅠ)의 화합물, 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물, 또는 하기 일반식(Ⅱ')의 화합물과 하기 일반삭 (X)의 화합물을 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는, 제1항에 따른 일반식(Ⅰ)의 에스큘레틴 유도체 또는 그의 염의 제조방법;
    상기 식에서, -COOR8, 수소원자, 수산기, 알킬기, 아릴기, 또는 아르알킬기이고; R8은 수소원자 또는 알킬기이고; R6은 단당류 잔기 또는 아실화된 단당류 잔기이고; X는 할로겐기이고; R4및 R5는 각각 독립적으로 수소원자, 수산기, 알킬기, 아릴기, 또는 아르알킬기이거나, 또는 R4및 R5는 그들이 결합되여 있는 질소원자와 함께 3내지 7원의 포화지환족 아미노기를 형성한다.
  3. 제1항에 따른 일반식(Ⅰ)의 에스큘레틴 유도체 또는 약제학적으로 허용가능한 그의 염을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 약학조성물.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 매트릭스메탈프로테이나제 저해제인 약학조성물.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 관절중 치료제인 약학조성물.
