Abstract

본 발명은 메탄의 염소화중 형성되는 반응하지 않는 메탄, 메탄의 염소화 생성물 및 상기 반응중 형성된 염화수소를 함유하는 기체 혼합물을 냉각 및 압축시키고 연속해서 메탄의 액체 염소화 생성물 하나 이상을 포함하는 스크러빙 액체로 스크러빙시킴에 의해, 메탄의 염소화중 형성되는 기체 혼합물로 부터 염화수소를 분리하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 상기 수단에 의해서, 기체 혼합물은 메탄-함유 기체상과 염화 수소 및 메탄 염소화 생성물을 함유하는 액체상으로 분리되며, 다음 염화수소는 액체상으로부터 가열에 의해 탈착된다.

제1도는 메탄의 염소화중 형성되는 기체 혼합물로부터 염화수소를 분리하는 장치의 개략도이다.

Claims (8)

  1. 메탄의 염소화중 형성되는 반응하지 않은 메탄, 메탄의 염소화 생성물 및 상기 반응중 형성된 염화수소를 함유하는 기체 혼합물을 냉각 및 압축시키고 연속해서 액체 메탄 염소화 생성물 하나 이상을 포함하는 스크러빙 액체를 사용하여 스크러빙시키며, 이 수단에 의해 상기 기체 혼합물을 메탄-함유 기체상과 염화수소 및 메탄 염소화 생성물을 함유하는 액체상으로 분리시키고, 상기 액체 상으로부터 가열에 의해 염화수소를 탈착시킴을 포함하는, 메탄의 염소화중에 형성되는 기체 혼합물로부터 염화수소를 분리시키는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 스크러빙 전에 기체 혼합물이 20 내지 50℃로 냉각되는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 스크러빙 전에 기체 혼합물이 건조되는 방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 스크러빙 전에 기체 혼합물이 7 내지 15bar의 절대압으로 압축되는 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 스크러빙이 1 내지 35bar의 절대압 및 -50 내지 +50℃의 온도에서 수행되는 방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 스크러빙이 7 내지 15bar의 절대압 및 5 내지 15℃의 온도에서 수행되는 방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 염화수소 탈착이 탈착기 상부에서 압력이 1 내지 35bar의 절대압이고 온도가 -50 내지 +40℃이며 탈착기 하부에서 온도가 80 내지 160℃인 조건에서 수행되는 방법.
  8. 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 염화수소 탈착이 탈착기 상부에서 압력이 10 내지 20bar의 절대압이고 온도가 -20 내지 +10℃이며 탈착기 하부에서 온도가 90 내지 110℃인 조건에서 수행되는 방법.
