Abstract
[과제]
주면의 칼날을 방사상으로 배치한 회전체에 절단할 섬유를 적층권취 시키면서 내측에서 상기 칼날의 배치간격에 섬유를 절단하는 장치로서 칼날의 배치간격을 좁게하여 섬유를 짧게 절단하는 경우에 좁은 칼날사이로 절단된 섬유가 끼는 것을 방지함과 동시에 균일하게 절단되도록 한다.
[해결하기 위한 수단]
섬유가 권취되는 회전체(1)를 일방으로 회전시키면서 좌우에 왕복습동하도록 한다. 회전체(1)외 외주에 좌우에서 단면부(3a′)(3b′)를 대향시켜서 섬유공급간격(7)을 형성함과 동시에 회전체와 일체회전하는 대경회전체(3a)(3b)를 구비한다.
상기 양단면부(3a′)(3b′)에 선단부(9′)를 각 칼날(2)의 사이에 개입시켜서 측방에서 교호로 절단된 섬유를 압출하는 좌우한쌍의 스크레퍼(9)를 설치한다. 상기 섬유공급간격 외측에 적층권취된 절단전의 섬유를 내측으로 향하여 압압하여서 섬유절단을 하는 압접체(12a)(12b)를 구비하여 절단된 섬유의 강제적 배제와 절단시의 압압을 하게 한다.

Claims (4)
- 일방향으로 회전하면서 축선방향으로 일정거리를 왕복하는 회전축(4)에 원주형의 회전체(1)를 고정하고 그 회전체의 주면에는 원주방향으로 일정한 간격을 두고 축선에 따라 서로 평행하는 다수의 칼날(2)을 방사상으로 취부하며 회전체의 외주에서 길이가 긴 섬유(5)를 공급하여 이를 권취하면서 권취된 섬유를 내측에서 순차적으로 상기 칼날의 배치간격으로 짧게 절단하도록 한 섬유절단장치에 있어서, 회전체(1)의 외주에 섬유의 공급위치를 형성하고 원형의 단면부(3a′)(3b′)가 서로 마주보는 한편 측면부(3a″)(3b″)에는 회전축(4)을 습동자재하게 축설하며 정위치에서 회전체(1)와 일체로 회전하는 좌우한쌍의 대경회전체(3a)(3b)를 구성하고, 그 대경회전체의 단면부(3a′)(3b′)에는 공급되는 섬유(5)를 회전체(1)의 왕복운동에도 불구하고 일정한 권취범위를 보지시키는 좌우한쌍의 디스크형 안내판(6)(6)과, 그들 양 안내판 외측에 위치하면서 각 안내판과의 사이에는 절단된 섬유의 배출간격(7)을 형성하며 회전체(1)의 외주면에 근접시킨 선단부(9′)를 각 칼날(2) 사이에 개입시켜서 상기 배출간격(7)에 향하여 절단된 섬유를 유도하는 좌우한쌍의 디스크형 스크레퍼(9)를 취부하며, 양 안내판(6)(6)이 형성하는 섬유의 권취위치의 외측방향에서 양 안내판 사이로 개입하여 회전체에 권취되어 내측에서 칼날의 왕복운동에 따라 절단되어 가는 적층된 섬유가 느슨해지지 아니하도록 외측에서 내측으로 향하여 탄탄하게 뒷받침해주는 압접체를 구비하여서 된 섬유절단장치.
- 제1항에 있어서 압접체는 회전체(1)에 적층권취된 섬유(5)의 외주면과 압접하여 회전체(1)와 일체로 회전하는 섬유의 주행에 종동회전하도록 설치한 하나 이상의 로울러임을 특징으로 하는 섬유절단장치.
- 제1항에 있어서 압접체는 회전체(1)에 권취되는 섬유(5)에 외측에서 접촉하여 회전체(1)의 외주에 연하여 일정길이의 압접구간(18)을 형성하도록 설치되어 무단으로 순환하는 벨트형의 압접체임을 특징으로 하는 섬유절단장치.
- 제3항에 있어서 벨트형 압접체는 압접구간(18)에서 그 압접체의 압접을 외측에서 보다 강화하도록 하는 하나 이상의 보조 로울러(19)가 배치됨을 특징으로 하는 섬유절단장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
