Abstract

본 발명은 방사성동위원소 표지화합물로서의 다음 구조식(I)로 표시되는 N-아세틸글루타민의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 다음 구조식(II)로 표시되는 방사성 동위원소 함유 글루타민-14C(U)를 수산화나트륨 수용액에서 아세트산 무수물과 반응시켜 얻은 반응생성물을 동결건조한 후 증류수에 녹이고 이온교환수를 통과시켜 순수한 N-아세틸글루타민 수용액을 분리한 다음 동결건조하여 결정상태의 고순도 N-아세틸 글루타민을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 다음 구조식(II)로 표시되는 방사성동위원소 함유 글루타민을 수산화나트륨 존재하에 아세트산 무수물과 반응시켜 다음 구조식(I)로 표시되는 N-아세틸글루타민을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 반응생성물을 동결건조한 후 증류수에 녹인다음 이를 이온교환수지에 통과시켜 동결건조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 N-아세틸글루타민의 제조방법.
