Abstract

본 발명은 쑥잎(Artemisia mongolica, A, asiatica, A. princeps, A. argyi 등)을 70∼100%의 고농도 에탄올로 추출하여, 혈액응고억제의 부작용을 나타내는 수용성분을 함유하지 않고, 유파틸린 및 자세오시딘을 고농도로 함유하며 위궤양 병변 억제효과와 세포 보호작용을 갖는 프로스타글란딘 생합성 촉진작용을 동시에 나타내는 쑥추출물, 이 쑥추출물을 제조하는 방법, 자세오시딘의 제조방법 및 이들의 위장질환 치료제로서의 용도에 관한 것이다.

Claims (9)

  1. 쑥잎을 70~100%의 에탄올로 추출한 후 농축 건조하여 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 혈액응고 억제작용을 나타내는 수용성분을 함유하지 않고, 유파틸린 및 자세오시딘을 고농도로 함유하며, 프로스타글란딘 생합성 촉진작용을 나타내는 쑥추출물.
  2. 제1항의 쑥추출물의 위장질환치료제로서의 용도.
  3. 제1항의 쑥추출물을 유효성분으로 하여 이에 약제학적으로 허용 가능한 물질이 첨가된 위장질환 치료제용 약학적 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 쑥잎은 유파틸린이나 자세오시딘을 지표성분으로 하여 선별건조한 것을 특징으로 하는 쑥추출물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 추출시 냉침, 초음파, 환류(reflux)의 방법으로 추출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 쑥추출물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 쑥잎을 물로 추출하여 수용성분을 제거한 후, 70~100% 에탄올을 가하여 최종 에탄올 농도가 50~80%가 되게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 쑥추출물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 추출액을 농축한 후 동결건조, 배산건조, 분무건조법으로 건조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 쑥추출물.
  8. 쑥잎을 메탄올 또는 에탄올로 추출하여 쑥추출물을 얻고, 이 쑥추출물을 탈지하고 클로로포름으로 용출시켜 소분획물을 얻고, 이를 다시 실리카겔 컬럼에 충전하여 용출시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 자세오시딘(5,7,4’-thiohydroxy-6.3’-dimetoxy flavone)의 제조방법.
  9. 제8항의 자세오시딘을 유효성분으로 하여 이에 약제학적으로 허용되는 물질이 첨가된 위장질환치료제용 약학적 조성물.
