Abstract

본 발명은 극소량의 구리이온을 사용하여 질산염 혹은 아질산염 없이 5-클로로-2-메틸-3-이소티아졸론, 2-메틸-3-이소티아졸론 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택된 3-이소티아졸론 화합물을 물에 용해시킨 용액을 안정화시키는 방법 및 5-클로로-2-메틸-3-이소티아졸론, 2-메틸-3-이소티아졸론 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택된 3-이소티아졸론 화합물의 수용액과 극소량의 구리이온을 포함하는 조성물이 제공된다.

Claims (7)

  1. 아질산염 혹은 질산염이 아닌 구리염 형태로 된 소량의 구리이온으로 안정화되고, 5-클로로-2-메틸-3-이소티아졸론, 2-메틸-3-이소티아졸론 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택된 3-이소티아졸론 화합물을 물에 용해시킨 용액으로 구성되며, 상기 구리이온과 3-이소티아졸론 화합물의 중량비는 0.02:1.5~0.008:1.5이며, 상기 용액에는 아질산염, 질산염 및 마그네슘이 함유되지 않은 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 용액에서 상기 3-이소티아졸론 화합물의 농도는 용액 100중량부당 0.5 ~ 5.0 중량부임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 농도는 용액 100중량부당 1~2중량부임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 구리염은 황산구리, 아세트산구리, 염화구리, 브롬화구리, 염소산구리 및 고염소산구리로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  5. 5-클로로-2-메틸-3-이소티아졸론, 2-메틸-3-이소티아졸론 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택된 3-이소티아졸론 화합물을 물에 용해시킨 용액을 화학적 분해로부터 안정화시키는 방법에 있어서, 상기 용액내에 상기 3-이소티아졸론 화합물 1.5중량부당 구리염 형태로 된 구리이온 0.02~0.0008중량부를 편입하고, 상기 수용액에는 아질산염, 질산염 흑은 마그네슘이 존재하지 않음을 특징으로 하는 3-이소티아졸론 화합물의 안정화 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 물중 상기 3-이소티아졸론 화합물의 농도는 용액 l00중량부당 0.5~5.0중량부임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 구리염은 황산구리, 아세트산 구리, 염화구리, 브롬화 구리, 염소산 구리 및 과염소산 구리로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
