Abstract

코팅조성물은 열가소성 미구를함유하는 폴리비닐 클로라이드 폴리스티롤에 기초하고 운행체를 위한 저면 화합물로써의 사용을 위해 적절하다. 코팅조성물은 팽창가능한 미구가 팽창된 미구가 쇠약하기 시작하는 온도 부근의 온도에서 팽창하는데서인 팽창가능하고 팽창된 미구의 혼합물을 함유한다. 미구의 혼합물은 플라스티롤이 젤라틴화 되었을 때 코팅의 변화밀도의 문제를 해결한다.

Claims (10)

  1. 열가소성 미구를 함유하는 폴리비닐 클로라이드 플라스티롤에 기초하고 운행체제를 위한 저면코팅제로써의 용도를 위해 적절한, 그것이 팽창가능한 것과 팽창된 미구의 혼합물로 구성되고, 전술한 팽창된 미구가 쇠약하기 시작하는데서의 온도부근에서의 온도에서 팽창하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 플라스티롤은 팽창된 미구와 팽창가능한 미구의 혼합물로 구성되고 전술한 열가소성 팽창가능한 미구는 팽창된 미구가 쇠약할 때 부피의 증가가 발생되는 부피의 감소를 위해 보정하는 그러한 온도에서 시작하는 팽창과정을 당하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅조성물.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 열가소성 팽창된 것과 팽창 가능한 미구는 플라스티롤의 무게에 기초한, 중량 0.1∼5.0%의 양에서 내재한다는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 조성물.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항에 있어서, 열가소성 팽창된 것과 팽창가능한 미구는 플라스티롤의 무게에 기초한 중량 0.5∼2.0%의 양에서 내재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅조성물.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항에 있어서, 팽창가능한 미구에 대해 팽창된 미구의 무게비는 1 : 9∼9 : 1인 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅조성물.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항에 있어서, 팽창가능한 미구에 대해 팽창된 미구의 무게비는 3 : 1∼1 : 3인 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅조성물.
  7. 제1항 내지 제2항에 있어서, 열가소성 팽창가능한 미구가 T최대 140℃이상을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅조성물.
  8. 제1항과 제2항, 제7항에 있어서, 열가소성 팽창가능한 미구가 T최대 150∼250℃를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅조성물.
  9. 제1항과 제2항, 제7항과 제8항에 있어서, 열가소성 팽창가능한 미구는 T최대 170∼220℃를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅조성물.
  10. 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 운행체제 항부식과 돌보호 코팅 매쓰(mass)로써의 코팅조성물의 용도.
