Abstract

본 발명은 2종류 이상의 지방족폴리에스테르호모폴리머를 촉매의 존재하에 유기용매를 함유하는 반응혼합물중에서 반응시키는 단계를 구비한 지방족폴리에스테르의 분해성공중합체의 제조방법 및 상기 제조방법에 의해 얻어진 지방족폴리에스테르의 분해성공중합체에 관한 것으로서 ; 상기 얻어진 공중합체는, 강도 및 신장율이 우수한 외에 투명성이 높아, 필름, 필라멘트 등의 각종 성형품 및 가공품으로 가공할 수 있으며, 상기 성형품 및 가공품의 열처리에 의해 내열성을 제공할 수 있고 ; 이와 같이 해서 상기 공중합체는 필름, 통기성 필름, 시트, 텍스타일, 모노필라멘트, 멀티필라멘트, 실, 부직포, 플랫얀, 스테이플, 권축섬유, 리브테이프, 스플릿얀, 복합섬유, 라미네이트, 블로병, 판, 연신시트, 발포체 및 망상체 등의 가공품에 적합하게 이용할 수 있다.

Claims (10)

  1. 2종류 이상의 지방족폴리에스테르호모폴리머를 촉매의 존재하에 유기용매를 함유하는 반응혼합물중에서 반응시키는 단계를 구비한 지방족폴리에스테르의 분해성 공중합체의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반응혼합물로부터 유기용매의 일부 또는 대부분을 제거하고, 이 제거한 유기용매의 수분량보다도 적거나 동등한 수분량을 지닌 추가유기용매를 반응계에 투입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 지방족폴리 에스테르의 분해성 공중합체의 제조방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 반응혼합물로부터 제거한 유기용매를 건조제와 접촉시켜 탈수한 후, 추가용매로서 다시 반응계에 되돌리는 것을 특징으로 하는 지방족폴리에스테르의 분해성 공중합체의 제조방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 건조제가 분자체, 이온교환수지, 5산화 2인 또는 금속수소화물인 것을 특징으로 하는 지방족폴리에스테르의 분해성 공중합체의 제조방법.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 추가용매의 수분량이 50ppm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 지방족폴리에스테르의 분해성 공중합체의 제조방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유기용매가 탄화수소계용매, 할로겐화탄화수소계용매, 케톤계용매, 에테르계용매, 티오에테르용매 및 에스테르계용매로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 유기용매인 것을 특징으로 하는 지방족폴리에스테르의 분해성 공중합체의 제조방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 유기용매가 에테르계용매인 것을 특징으로 하는 지방족폴리에스테르의 분해성 공중합체의 제조방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 2종류 이상의 지방족폴리에스테르호모폴리머가 히드록시카르복시산으로부터 제조된 지방족폴리에스테르 및 디올과 디카르복시산으로부터 제조된 지방족폴리에스테르로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 고분자량지방족폴리에스테르호모폴리머인 것을 특징으로 하는 지방족폴리에스테르의 분해성 공중합체의 제조방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 2종류 이상의 지방족폴리에스테르호모폴리머기 폴리유산과 폴리부틸렌숙시네이트 또는 폴리카프로락톤인 것을 특징으로 하는 지방족폴리에스테르의 분해성 공중합체의 제조방법.
  10. 제1항 기재의 제조방법에 의해 얻어진 지방족폴리에스테르의 분해성 공중합체.
