Abstract
디글리시딜 에테르 에폭시 수지는 연질 세그먼트를 가진 차단된 프레폴리머와, 저급 알칸올을 가진 제1우레탄기와 열유동성을 향상시킬 수 있는 모노히드록실 화합물을 가진 제2우레탄 기를 가진 비대칭 비스 우레탄과 반응된다. 그 다음 생성물은 아민과 같은 양이온성 활성 수소 화합물과 반응하여 남아있는 에폭시 고리는 개환한다. 이와 같이 제조된 변성 에폭시 수지는 차단된 폴리이소시아네이트 가교결합제와 함께 중성화제를 함유하는 수성매질에 분산되어 개선된 충격강도와 열유동성을 가진 음극 전착 페인트를 제공한다.

Claims (11)
- 제1단계로, (a) 글리시딜 에테르 에폭시 수지를, 연질 세그먼트를 함유하는 이작용성 활성 수소 화합물과 과량의 유기 디이소시아네이트를 반응시켜서 생성되고 저급 알칸올로 차단된 (b) 이작용성 프레폴리머, 및 상기 저급 알칸올과의 반응에 의하여 상기 유기 디이소시아네이트의 이소시아나토기중 하나를 제1우레탄기로 전환하고 8이상의 탄소원자를 가진 지방족 모노알코올, 상기 지방족 모노알코올의 알킬렌 글리콜 모노에테르, 또는 알킬페놀과의 반응에 의하여 제2우레탄기로 전환함으로써 생성된 (c) 비대칭 비스우레탄과 반응시키는 단계, 상기 반응물(a) 및 (c)의 비율은 상기 반응물 (b)의 몰당 각기 2내지 10몰 및 0.5내지 3몰이며 ; 제2단계로, 생성된 생성물을 양이온성 활성 수소 화합물과 반응시켜서 그것의 나머지 에폭시 고리를 개환하는 단계로 이루어지는 변성 에폭시 수지의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 연질 세그먼트를 함유하는 상기 이작용성 활성 수소 화합물은 폴리에테르 디올, 폴리에스테르 디올, 폴리옥시알킬렌디아민, 장쇄 지방족 디카르 복실산, 카르복실-말단 니트릴 고무 올리고머, 또는 히드록실-말단 폴리부타디엔 올리고머인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 저급 알칸올은 메탄올 또는 에탄올인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응물 (b) 및 (c)는 소정량의 상기 유기 디이소시아네이트를 메탄올 또는 에탄올로 차단하는 단계, 2와 같거나 더 큰 차단된 NCO 대 OH 당량비로 차단된 디이소시아네이트의 일부를 상기 모노 히드록실 화합물과 반응시키는 단계, 및 2와 같거나 더 큰 차단 NCO 대 활성 수소 원자 당량비로 상기 차단된 디이소시아네이트의 나머지를 상기 이작용성 활성 수소 화합물과 반응시키는 단계에 의해 혼합물로 제조되며, 상기 반응물 (a) 는 제 1단계에서 상기 혼합물과 반응하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유기 디이소시아네이트는 방향족 디이소시아네이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이작용성 활성 수소 화합무은 산화에틸렌 또는 산화프로필렌과의 비스페놀 A의 부가물인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 에폭시 수지는 에폭시 당량이 100 내지 5,000인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 에폭시 수지는 에폭시 당량이 150 내지 300인 비스페놀 에폭시 수지와 에폭시 당량이 300 이상인 비스페놀 에폭시 수지의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 양이온성 활성 수소 화합물은 1차 또는 2차 아민, 3차 아민-산 부가염, 또는 술파이드-산 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항의 방법에 의해 제조되는 변성 에폭시 수지.
- 중성화제를 함유하는 수성 매질내에 분산된 제10항의 변성 에폭시 수지와 차단된 폴리이소시아네이트 가교결합제로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 음극 전착 페인트.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
