Abstract
멈춤쇠 장치가 제1고정위치에서 적어도 제2고정위치로의 회전을 제어하도록 상호회전하는 두부품사이에 작용한다.
멈춤쇠 장치(10)는 두 부품(11, 16)의 인접표면사이에 위치되는 적어도 하나의 회전 캠(23)을 포함한다. 캠(23)은 두 부품(11, 16)의 회전축으로부터 이격되었다. 캠(23)은 두 부품(11, 16)사이에 회전축의 횡측에대해 일 부품(11)을 회전시키도록 저널고정된다. 캠의 작동표면(25)은 두부품(11, 16)이 회전할 때 회전하는 적어도 하나의 캠로브를 포함한다. 캠(23)은 두 부품(11, 16)을 이격시키도록 작용한다. 스프링(17)은 인접표며을 밀착시켜서 예정토크가 두 부품(11, 16)사이의 상대회전을 초래하도록 한다. 토크는 회전시 두 부품(11, 16)이 이격될 때 스프링(17)의 압축량에 따른 스프링(17)에 의해 가해지는 힘에 의해 결정된다.

제2a-2d는 출발위치 (제2a도)에서 프레임이 상승된 위치(제2b도)로, 캠이 멈춤요구 사이의 위치(제2c도)로, 및 캠이 멈춤요구 사이의 위치(제2c도)로, 및 캠이 멈춤요구내에 있게되는 위치(제2d도)로의 캠작동을 보여주는 측면도.
제3도는 기저부, 원통형 하우징, 스피것 및 캠의 단면도.
제4a, 4b도는 캠의 사시도 및 측면도.
Claims (15)
- 제1고정위치에서 적어도 제2고정위치로의 회전을 제어하도록 상호회전하는 두 부품 사이에서 작용하는 멈춤쇠장치에 있어서, 두 부품의 회전축으로부터 이격되어 두부품의 인접표면 사이에 위치하되 두 부품 사이에서 회전축의 횡축에 대해 두 부품중 하나상에서 회전하도록 저널고정되는 적어도 하나의 회전 캠 및 상기 인접표면을 밀착시키며 예정토크가 두 부품을 상대회전시키기 위해 인접표면의 하나가 캠에 대해 힘을 가하도록 두 부품 사이에 작용하는 탄성수단으로 구성되되, 캠의 작동표면은 두 부품이 회전할때 회전하도록 되며 두 부품을 이격시키도록 작용하는 적어도 하나의 캠 로브를 포함하고, 예정 토크는 회전시 두 부품이 이격될때 탄성수단의 압축에 의해 발생하여 탄성수단에 의해 가해지는 힘에 의해 결정되는 멈춤회전장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 캠로브가 먼저 회전초기단계동안 두 부품의 급격한 이격속도를 제공하고 그후 두 부품의 계속적인 상대회전을 허용하도록 캠에 대한 일 인접표면의 활주를 허용하도록 하는 형상을 갖는 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 캠은 단면이 삼각형이고 캘로브는 삼각형 프로필의 인접측부 사이에 코너를 포함하는 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 캠은 캡축주위에 위치되는 인접로부사이에 적어도 세 개이상의 중간표면을 가지며, 중간표면을 일인접표면에 대한 중간표면의 활주를 허용하도록 상기 일인접표면과 결합하게 하는 형상을 갖는 장치.
- 상기 항 중의 하나에 있어서, 캠과 접하는 부품이 상기 제1고정위치에서 인접표면이 접하거나 근접하도록 캠이 위치하는 요구를 갖는 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 캠로브가 상기 요구 코너내에서 접촉하여 캠회전을 강제하는 장치.
- 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 캠과 접하는 부품이 상기 제2고정위치에서 접하는 부품을 유지하도록 캠이 위치하는 제2요구를 갖는 장치.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 캠로브가 캠 회전축에대해 각도롤 갖고 경사지는 만곡면인 장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 캠이 캠 회전축으로부터 돌출하는 불연속 로브를 포함하는 장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 캠이 세 개의 로브를 포함하는 장치.
- 상기 항중의 하나에 있어서, 캠이 부품중 하나의 요구내에서 회전하도록 설치되는 장치.
- 상기 항 중의 하나에 있어서, 탄성수단이 코일스프링을 포함하는 장치.
- 상기 부품중 하나가 기저부를 포함하고 다른 부품이 거울동체가 설치되는 프레임을 포함하는 후사경에 사용되는 상기 항 중의 하나에 따른 멈춤쇠 장치.
- 제13항에 있어서, 프레임이 회전하도록 저널 고정하는 기저부상에 스피것을 포함하며, 스프링이 스피것기저부를 향해 프레임을 가압하도록 스피것과 프레임 사이에 작용하며, 캠은 기저부에서 회전하도록 설치되는 장치.
