Abstract

3축 5속의 자동 변속기 파워 트레인을 변속제어하기 위하여, 오일펌프와, 오일펌프로부터 생성된 유압을 일정한 라인압으로 조절하는 레귤레이터 밸브와, 이 라인압보다 낮은 유압으로 조정하는 리듀싱 밸브와, 상기한 리듀싱 밸브로 부터 제어압을 공급받는 제1,2포트를 구비하고 있으며 라인압을 공급받는 제3포트 및 이 라인압을 시프트 밸브들로 공급하는 제4포트를 구비하는 제1, 2, 3, 4압력제어밸브와, 상기한 압력제어밸브들로 부터 공급되는 유압을 제1, 2, 3, 4, 5마찰요소 및 후진 마찰요소로 선택하여 공급하는 N-D 컨트롤 밸브, 2∼3시프트 밸브, 3∼4 시프트 밸브, 4∼5 시프트 밸브, 후진 밸브들을 포함하여 이루어지는 차량용 자동변속기의 변속제어 시스템을 제공한다.

제3도는 본 발명에 의한 변속제어 시스템의 1속제어 과정을 설명하기 위한 도면.

Claims (5)

  1. 오일펌프와, 오일펌프로부터 생성된 유압을 일정한 라인압으로 조절하는 레귤레이터 밸브와, 이 라인압보다 낮은 유압으로 조정하는 리듀싱 밸브와, 상기한 리듀싱 밸브로 부터 제어압을 공급받는 제1, 2포트를 구비하고 있으며 라인압을 공급받는 제3포트 및 이 라인압을 시프트 밸브들로 공급하는 제4포트를 구비하는 제1, 2, 3, 4압력제어밸브와, 클러치의 해방과 결합측 제어를 동시에 제어할 수 있는 상기한 압력제어밸브들로 부터 공급되는 유압을 제1, 2, 3, 4, 5마찰요소 및 후진 마찰요소로 선택하여 공급하는 N-D컨트롤 밸브, 2∼3시프트 밸브, 3∼4시프트 밸브, 4∼5시프트 밸브, 후진 클러치 밸브들을 포함하여 이루어지는 차량용 자동변속기의 변속제어 시스템.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, N-D컨트롤 밸브는 제2마찰요소를 작동시키기 위하여 2∼3시프트 밸브와 연결되며, 이 2∼3시프트 밸브는 제3마찰요소를 작동시키기 위하여 작동유압을 공급하는 3∼4시프트 밸브의 작동압관로와 연결되어 제3마찰요소가 작동시 제2마찰요소가 작동중지될 수 있도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 자동 변속기의 변속제어 시스템.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 3∼4시프트 밸브는 제4마찰요소를 작동시키기 위하여 작동유압을 공급하는 4∼5시프트 밸브와 연통되어 이 제4마찰요소의 작동압에 의해 제어됨을 특징으로 하는 차량용 자동 변속기의 변속제어 시스템.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 제2, 3, 4, 5마찰요소는 어큐뮬레이터와 함께 작동유압을 공급받을 수 있도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 자동 변속기의 변속제어 시스템.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 후진 클러치 밸브는 라인압을 공급받는 제1포트와, 이 라인압을 후진 마찰요소로 공급하는 제2포트 및 이 라인압을 제2마찰요소의 해지압과 제3마찰요소의 작동압으로 공급하는 제3포트, 그리고 밸브스풀을 제어하기 위하여 제1마찰요소의 작동압을 공급받는 제4포트를 포함하여 이루어지는 차량용 자동 변속기의 변속제어 시스템.
