Abstract

본 발명은 니오비아 상에 지지된 혼종 다중산 촉매를 함유하는 촉매계의 존재하에 증기상에서 대응하는 알콜로 올레핀을 수화시키는 방법에 관한 것이다. 지지체로서 니오비아를 사용하여 공정의 공간-시간-수율을 증가시키는 것 뿐만 아니라 지지체의 수명을 연장시켜 플랜트에서 지지체를 교환 또는 대체시키는 빈도수를 감소시킬 수 있다. 이 방법은 특히 에틸렌으로부터 에탄올, 및 프로필렌으로부터 이소프로판올을 제조하는데 특히 적당하다.

Claims (21)

  1. 니오비아상에 지지된 혼종 다중산을 포함하는 촉매 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 니오비아 지지체가 표면적 100㎡/g이상인 촉매 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 니오비아 지지체가 펠렛 또는 비드 형태 또는 펠렛화 또는 압출에 의한 구형인 촉매 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 니오비아 지지체가 평균 입경 2~10㎜, 평균 세공 용적 0.3~1.2㎖/g, 평균 세공 반경(사용전) 10~1000A, 벌크 밀도 380g/ℓ이상 및 평균 파쇄 강도 2KgF이상인 촉매 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 니오비아 지지체가 과다한 금속 또는 원소가 없으며, 그의 알루미노실리케이트 함유량이 80중량/중량% 이상인 순도를 갖는 촉매 조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 사용한 혼종 다중산 촉매를 음이온이 착체이고, 고분자량이며, 주기율표의 Ι~Ⅷ족 원소로부터 중심 원자 또는 이온을 둘러싸는 2~18산소-연결 다가 금속 주위 원자를 포함하는 음이온과 배위된 중심 원자를 포함하는 혼중 다중산 및 그의 배위 형태 염으로부터 선택된 촉매 조성물.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 다가 금속 주위 원자가 1이상의 몰리브덴, 텅스텐, 바나듐, 니오븀 및 탄탈륨이고, 중심 원자 또는 이온이리튬 이온; 구리 이온; 2가 베릴륨, 아연,코발트 또는 니켈 이온; 3가 붕소, 알루미늄, 갈륨, 철, 세륨, 비소, 안티몬, 인, 비스무트, 크롬 또는 로듐 이온; 4가 규소, 게르마늄, 주석, 티타늄, 지르코늄, 바나듐, 황, 텔루리움, 망간 니켈, 플라티늄, 티오리움, 하프늄, 세륨 이온 및 기타 회토류 이온; 5가 인, 비소, 바나듐, 주석 이온; 6가 텔루리움 이온; 및 7가 요오드 이온으로부터 선택된 촉매 조성물.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 혼종 다중산 촉매가 하기군으로부터 선택된 촉매 조성물:
  9. 니오비아 상에 지지된 혼중 다중산 촉매를 포함하는 촉매계의 존재하에 증기상에서 대응하는 알콜로의 올레핀의 수화 방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 촉매계가 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 정의된 촉매계인 방법.
  11. 제9항에 있어서, 올레핀 수화 반응에 사용하는 지지 혼종다중산 촉매를 인산 또는 기타 무기산의 첨가에 의해 추가로 변성시키는 방법.
  12. 제9항에 있어서, 수화 반응을 1000~25000KPa에서 수행하는 방법.
  13. 제9항에 있어서, 수화시키는 올레핀이 순수 올레핀, 또는 대응하는 알콜의 혼합물을 생성시키는 올레핀의 혼합물인 방법.
  14. 제9항에 있어서, 올레핀 반응물이 정제 공정으로부터 발생되는 혼합 탄화수소 공급유 유래이며, C2 및 C3 포화 및 불포화 탄화수소 혼합물을 함유하는 방법.
  15. 제9항에 있어서, 올레핀 수화 반응을 150~350℃에서 수행하는 방법.
  16. 제9항에 있어서, 에틸렌을 공급 기체의 노점~350℃에서 에탄올로 수화시키는 방법.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 수화 반응을 200~300℃에서 수행하는 방법.
  18. 제16항에 있어서, 수증기와 그의 혼합물의 공간 속도가 적당하게는 0.020~0.050g/분/㎤촉매계인 방법.
  19. 제9항에 있어서, 프로필렌을 공급 기체의 노점~300℃에서 이소프로판올로 수화시키는 방법.
  20. 제19항에 있어서, 수화 반응을 150~250℃에서 수행하는 방법.
  21. 제19항에 있어서, 수증기와 그의 혼합물의 공간 속도가 적당하게는 0.020~0.070g/분/㎤촉매계인 방법.
