Abstract
본 발명은 강자성 금속박막의 성막시의 응력 등을 완화하고, 강자성 금속박막의 박리를 방지하고, 자기특성에 영향을 주지 않는 자기헤드를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
코일 C이 감기는 권선홈(6)을 가지는 1쌍의 자기코어반체(半體)(2),(3)끼리를 강자성 금속박막(4),(5)을 통하여 맞대어 접합일체화하여 이루어지고, 그 맞댐면(2a),(3a) 사이에 자기갭 g이 형성되어 이루어지는 자기헤드(1)에 있어서, 상기 권선홈(6)에 강자성 금속박막(4),(5)을 단면 예각 θ2으로 굴곡시키는 굴곡부(11)를 형성하였다. 또, 최소한 한쪽의 자기코어반체(2)의 권선홈(6)에, 상기 굴곡부(11)와 연속하여 단면 예각 θ3으로 돌출하는 돌출부(12)를 형성하였다.

제2도는 상기 실시예에 관한 자기헤드의 권선홈의 형상을 나타낸 개략정면도.
Claims (7)
- 코일이 감기는 권선홈을 가지는 1쌍의 자기코어반체(半體)끼리를 강자성 금속박막을 통하여 맞대어 접합일체화하여 이루어지고, 그 맞댐면 사이에 자기갭이 형성되어 이루어지는 자기헤드에 있어서, 상기 권선홈에 강자성 금속박막을 단면 예각(銳角)으로 굴곡시키는 굴곡부를 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 자기헤드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 최소한 한쪽의 자기코어반체의 권선홈에, 상기 굴곡부와 연속하여 돌출하는 돌출부를 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 자기헤드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 굴곡부를 1쌍의 자기코어반체의 양쪽에 가지는 권선홈에 각각 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 자기헤드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 굴곡부를 권선홈의 자기갭의 뎁스길이를 규제하는 경사부에 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 자기헤드.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 권선홈의 경사부의 경사각도가 자기갭의 뎁스에 대하여 20°∼70°인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기헤드.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 돌출부를 단면 예각으로 돌출시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 자기헤드.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 돌출부를 1쌍의 자기코어반체의 양쪽에 가지는 권선홈에 각각 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 자기헤드.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
