Abstract
본 발명은 저널(1)에 형성된 볼(2)이 하우징(3)의 내부에서 플라스틱으로된 미끄럼 셸(4)내에 지지되고, 상기 미끄럼 셸(4)의 외부 케이싱은 하우징(3)의 내부 케이싱에 의해 밀접하게 둘러싸이도록 구성된, 자동차의 샤시부품용 볼 조인트에 관한 것이다. 제조공차의 보상을 위해, 미끄럼 셸(4)의 외부 케이싱에서 적어도 볼(2)에 의해 하중이 증가하는 장소에, 미끄럼 셸(4)의 재료에 비해 고탄성인 재료(7)가 리세스에 비치된다.

Claims (5)
- 저널에 형성된 볼이 하우징의 내부에서 플라스틱으로된 미끄럼 셸내에 지지되고, 상기 미끄럼 셸의 외부 케이싱은 하우징의 내부케이싱을 밀접하게 둘러싸며 리세스를 포함하도록 구성된, 자동차의 샤시부품용 볼 조인트에 있어서, 미끄럼 셸(4)의 외부 케이싱에서 적어도 볼(2)에 의해 하중이 증가하는 장소에, 미끄럼 셸(4)의 재료에 비해 고탄성인 재료(7)가 리세스에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 샤시부품용 볼 조인트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 미끄럼 셸의 재료에 비해 고탄성인 재료(7)가 적어도 적도(11)에서 적도 평면의 양측으로 연장된 리세스에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 샤시부품용 볼 조인트.
- 제1항 및 2항에 있어서, 고탄성 재료(7)가 미끄럼 셸(4)의 외부케이싱에 있는 리세스에서 방사방향 하중이 증가하는 장소에 부분적으로 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 샤시부품용 볼 조인트.
- 제1항 및 2항에 있어서, 탄성재료(7)가 하나 또는 다수의 링형 리세스내에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 샤시부품용 볼 조인트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 탄성재료(7)가 슬리브형으로 미끄럼 셸(4)의 케이싱상에 제공되고 적도(11) 평면의 양측에서 미끄럼 셸(4)의 높이에 걸쳐 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 샤시부품용 볼 조인트.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
