Abstract

본 발명은 동상조향기능은 갖는 차량의 후륜조향장치에 관한 것으로, 후륜(7)사이에 연결된 타이로드(6)가 슬라이딩액츄에이터(10)를 매개로 연결되되, 상기 슬라이딩액츄에이터(10)는 내부의 플랜지(la)에 의해 완충공간(16)이 형성된 케이스(1)와, 선단부위에서 로드스프링컵(2b)을 갖추면서 외주면에 로드 스토퍼(2a)를 구비하고 상기 케이스(1)의 양쪽에서 삽입되는 로드축(2), 이 로드축(2)의 로드스프링컵(2b)이 삽입된 케이스 (1)의 완충공간(16)내에 끼워진 스프링(3) 및, 상기 로드축(2)의 움직임을 원활히 하기 위한 베어링(4)으로 이루어진 상기 후륜(7)이 연결된 타이로드(6)와 로드측(2)을 매개로 상호 연결된 결합부위에는 오물의 유입을 차단하기 위한 러버콘(5)이 덧붙여진다.

제1도는 본 발명에 따라 동상조향기능을 갖는 차량의 후륜조향장치의 설치단면도이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 후륜(7)사이에 연결된 타이로드(6)가 슬라이딩액츄에이터(10)를 매개로 연결되되, 상기 슬라이딩액츄에이터(10)가 내부에서 소정의 간격으로 형성될 플랜지(la)에 의해 이루어진 완충공간(Ib)을 갖는 레이스(1)와, 상기 케이스(1)외 완충공간(1b)에 위치되는 로드스프링 컵(2b)에 동심원으로 형성된 외주면에 돌출된 로드스터퍼(2a)로 이루어진 로드축(2), 상기 로드축(2)의 로드스프링 컵(2b)사이에 삽입된 스프링(3) 및, 상기 로드축(2)과 케이스(1)의 접촉부위에 구비된 베어링(4)으로 이루어지는 한편, 상기 슬라이딩액츄에이터(10)의 케이스(1)밖으로 돌출된 로드축(2)과 타이로드(6)의 결함부위에 러버콘(5)이 구비된 동상조향기능을 갖는 차량의 후륜조향장치.
