Abstract

이 발명은 특수한 성능을 가진 유전자가 도입된 형질 전환된 식물 세포를 선별함에 있어서, 미생물 유래 표지 유전자를 사용하는데 따른 인체 안정성 문제와 여러 종류의 선별 표지 유전자를 사용하여야 하는 문제점을 해결하기 위한 것임.
본 발명은 동물 유전자를 이용하여 형질 전환된 식물 세포를 선별하는 방법으로 구성됨. 동물 유전자로는 아라-에이, 코디세핀, 자일-에이, 2-디옥시아데노신등을 포함하는 아데노신 탈아민 효소 유전자를 사용함.

Claims (3)

  1. 아데노신 탈아민효소 유전자를 형질전환된 식물세포의 선별표지로 사용하는 방법.
  2. 형질전환된 식물세포를 세포독성을 갖는 아데노신 유도체가 함유된 배지에서 배양하여 형질전환된 식물세포를 선별하는 방법.
  3. 청구범위 2항에서, 세포독성을 갖는 아데노신 유도체가 아라-에이, 코디세핀, 자일-에이, 2-디옥시아데노신중에서 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
