Claims (11)
- 스페이서에 의해 안티쎈스 RNA 서열에 커플링된 리보자임 RNA 서열을 암호화하는 유전자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 하기 패턴을 갖는 유전자:5'-리보자임 RNA-스페이서-안티쎈스 RNA-(안티쎈스 RNA-스페이서-안티쎈스RNA)n-스페이서-리보자임 RNA-3' (상기에서, n은 0 내지 10의 수이고 각 경우에 리보자임 절단 부위를 함유하는 20개 내지 25개의 뉴클레오티드 쇄가 스페이서로서 삽입된다.)
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 암호화된 안티쎈스 RNA가 바이러스성 RNA에 상보적인 유전자.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 암호화된 리보자임 mRNA가 바이러스성 RNA에 상보적인 유전자.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 표1에 열거된 DNA 서열을 포함하는 유전자.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 청구된 유전자에 의해 암호화된 다기능 RNA.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 청구된 유전자를 함유하는 숙주 세포.
- 제6항에 청구된 RNA를 함유하는 숙주세포.
