Abstract

개시된 접속구조에 있어서, 압력검출기는 관통구멍(42)이 형성된 파이프내에 형성되고 한쪽 끝에서 압력센서(30)에 연결된 압력도입기(40)를 포함하고 있다. 관이음매(50a, 50b, 50c) 는 압력검출기가 접속되는 유체통로에 미리 장착되어 있다. 압력검출기의 압력도입기의 다른쪽 끝은 관이음매의 개구부내로 축방향으로 삽입된다. 따라서, 압력검출기는 압력검출기를 압력도입기의 축선둘레에서 회전시키지 않고 유체통로에 쉽게 연결된다.

제1도는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 압력검출기의 사시도.
제2도는 제1도에 도시된 압력검출기가 파이프 조인트에 장착된 관이음매를 통하여 유체배관에 연결된 부분단면측면도.
제3도는 제1도에 도시된 압력검출기가 외부유체기구에 나사결합된 관이음매를 통하여 외부유체기구에 연결된 부분단면측면도.

Claims (6)

  1. 압력검출기가 케이싱과 상기 케이싱내에서 유지되는 압력센서를 가지고 있고, 압력검출기를 유체통로에 접속하기 위한 접속구조에 있어서, 상기 접속구조는, 관통구멍이 형성되어 있고 그 한쪽 끝에서 상기 압력센서에 접속되는 원통형 부재, 및 미리 상기 유체통로에 장착된 관이음매로 구성되어 있으며 상기 압력검출기는 상기 원통형 부재의 다른쪽 끝을 상기 관이음매의 개구부내로 축방향으로 삽입시킴으로써 외부 압력원에 연통된 상기 통로에 분리가능하게 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 접속구조.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 원통형 부재는 상기 케이싱과 일체로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 접속구조.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 케이싱은 압력센서와 회로판을 배치하기 위하여 원통형 부재의 상기 한쪽 끝에 돌출부를 가지고 있으며, 상기 돌출부는 상기 압력센서를 상기 원통형 부재의 상기 한쪽 끝에 연통시키기 위한 구멍을 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 접속구조.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유체통로는 관이음매가 장착되는 유체배관인 것을 특징으로 하는 접속구조.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 관이음매는 압축된 유체용 배관의 중간위치에 분리가능하게 삽입될 수 있는 3방향 원타치 관이음매인 것을 특징으로 하는 접속구조.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 관이음매는 압축된 유체기구의 구멍에서 나사결합될 수 있는 한쪽 끝을 가진 관형상 부재인 것을 특징으로 하는 접속구조.
