Abstract

이 발명은 케이스내에 조립된 압력검지부의 오차를 보정할 수 있는 동시에 조립작업이 허사가 되는 일이 없는 압력센서로서, 케이스에 설치된 다이어프렘과, 상기 케이스내에 형성되고 상기 다이어프램으로 지향한 도통공과, 상기 케이스내에 상기 도통공으로 지향 설치되고 압력을 검지하는 압력검지부를 가진 압력센서부를 구비하고 상기 다이어프램과 상기 압력검지부간에 압력전달액이 봉입된 압력센서에 있어서, 상기 압력센서부가 상기 도통공에 지향하고 상기 압력전달액을 상기 압력 검지부에 인도하는 니플부를 갖춘것임.

제1도는 이 발명의 한 실시예를 표시하는 종단면도, 제2도는 이 발명의 다른 실시예를 표시하는 종단면도, 제3도는 종래의 압력센서의 한예를 표시하는 종단면도이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 케이스에 설치된 다이어프램과 상기 케이스내에 형성되어 상기 다이어프램을 지향한 도통공(導通孔)과, 상기 케이스내에 상기 도통공을 지향해 설치되어 압력을 검지하는 압력검지부를 보유하는 압력센서부를 구비하고, 상기 다이어프램과 상기 압력검지부간에 압력전달액이 봉입된 압력센서에 있어서, 상기 압력센서부는, 상기 도통공을 지향해 상기 압력전달액을 상기 압력검지부로 인도하는 니플부를 보유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력센서.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 도통공에 상기 압력전달액을 주입하기 위해 전달액주입구가 상기 케이스내에 형성되고, 또 이 전달액주입구에는 상기 압력전달액을 봉입하기 위한 나사가 체결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력센서.
